38 m2 2 to 4 person penthouse apartment (non-smoking), located on the second floor (no elevator) of a secure residence overlooking the casino beach
1 large window in each room. Apartment facing the street with southwest exposure (afternoon sun until late afternoon).

- 1 BZ sofa bed in 140x200 cm (Bultex mattress 15 cm very comfortable daily use) sleeping 2 people

Merveilleux séjour !

Merveilleux séjour malgré une météo un peu capricieuse ! Appartement très agréable et une propriétaire attentif au confort et bien être de ses locataires. Un grand merci et à très bientôt !

Appartement bien tenu, coquet et propre. Effectivement tout près de la plage, très commode, environnement très agréable. La gérante est très attentionnée. Quelques aspects plus malcommodes, comme la salle de bain très étroite ou la disposition des prises électriques parfois peu pratiques, mais l'expérience reste tout à fait agréable, et même en cas de forte chaleur l'appartement reste assez peu impacté. Bonne expérience.

Un esprit de famille à la mer

Saint-Quay-Portrieux est très facile d'accès par la route, petite ville balnéaire où il fait bon vivre, tout est à proximité à 5mn à pied (commerces, office du tourisme etc...) Près d'une très belle plage. Appartement très propre et agréable avec un esprit de famille loin des logements aseptisés. Propriétaire très agréable, arrangeante et discrète. (photo à changer ;-( …ne met pas en valeur..) ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite, salle de bain trop petite, pas d'ascenseur. kenavo !

Emplacement idéal, immeuble de style

Logement idéalement situé (à proximité de la plage et des commerces), agréable, dans un bel immeuble ancien. Chambre spacieuse, lits fait à l’arrivée et linge de maison fourni. Seul bémol : la salle de douche est très petite, peu pratique avec des enfants en bas âge, mais pour quelques jours cela importe peu. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Une semaine en Bretagne ! Belle découverte !

Joli petite ville balnéaire. Les paysages varient selon les marées, et le temps. Endroit tranquille et familial. De belles plages environnantes. Le petit appartement est sympa et tout y est équipé. Lave-vaisselles, machine à laver et même table à repasser et fer. Je recommande ce lieu. Idéal pour un couple et 2 enfants. La propriétaire des lieux est très gentille et à l'écoute. Nous garderons de St Quai Portrieux de bons souvenirs.
