Renovated in 2008, the property features practical and cosy furnishings throughout, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. On the ground floor, the living and dining room is equipped with a dining table, television, and DVD player, with direct access to the terrace. A first bedroom on this level features 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, accompanied by a full bathroom with bath and WC, and also benefits from direct access to the terrace. The kitchen, which opens onto the garden, is well-appointed and functional. A separate shower room with WC completes the ground floor. On the upper floor, 3 additional bedrooms are available. The first upper-floor bedroom features 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, with a hand-basin. The second upper-floor bedroom also features 1 french bed of the same dimensions, 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, with a hand-basin. The third upper-floor bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, also with a hand-basin. A separate WC serves the upper floor. The property enjoys a view of the sea. Please be aware that when fewer than the maximum number of guests are staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.
