Super séjour

Nous sommes restés 15 jours dans l'appartement qui est idéalement situé. Proche à pied de belles plages, proche du village de Saint Anne, très joli avec de bons restaurants. La résidence est très propre et très calme. L'appartement idéal pour 1 coupe et un enfant. Très bien équipé. Je recommande vivement, d'autant que les propriétaires sont très sympas: punch frais à l'arrivée ! Et ils sont toujours disponibles si on a une question.

À éviter

Les propriétaires nous ont accusés d’avoir tâché des coussins de chaise alors que nous ne nous sommes que assis dessus, d’être repartis avec la bouteille de ti punch de bienvenue qui était un cadeau, d’avoir laissé du sable dans la baignoire et de ne pas être repartis avec nos poubelles (c’était écrit nulle part de repartir avec et aucun sac poubelle n’a été laissé donc nous n’y avons même pas pensé). Conséquences: en plus de la cinquantaine d’euros payés spécifiquement pour le service et le ménage, les propriétaires nous ont un prélevé après notre départ un autre 50 euros . Si on ajoute à ça la musique et le bruit des voisins des 7h du matin, je ne peux pas recommander cet établissement.

Presque parfait

L'accueil à été très chaleureux et sympathique. La propriétaire avait pris le soin de nous laisser quelques petites attentions notamment un planteur délicieux. Le studio est très beau, fonctionnel et hyper propre. Le linge de maison mis à disposition sent bon le propre. La plage de l'anse Caritan et 2 ou 3 restaurants sont à quelques minutes à pied. "la trace des caps", magnifique randonnée débute à l'anse Caritan. Bref, une location que je recommande. Le seul bémol est le manque d'insonorisation entre logements. Un grand merci à la propriétaire avec qui la communication a été très bonne.

Séjour parfait à Sainte-Anne

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce studio à proximité de Sainte-Anne et des plages. Le studio est propre et équipé (Clim, machine à laver, wifi ..). Nous avons profité de la cuisine extérieur sur le balcon, très agréable pour prendre son petit déjeuner le matin. Le complexe résidentiel doté d’un parking est bien situé , fleuri, calme et chaleureux. Nous avons été très bien accueillis avec des petites attentions (planteur maison, petit-déjeuner étant arrivés le soir tard, café..). Les hôtes connaissent très bien l’île et pourront vous conseiller sur toutes les activités à ne pas manquer. Nous vous recommandons sans hésitation ce studio pour votre futur séjour en Martinique. Il est une valeur sure et vous n'allez manquer de rien ! Merci infiniment aux hôtes leur logement. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation.
