The kitchen and living room harmonize to form a delightful living space. The kitchen, both equipped and functional, is complemented by a utility room housing a washing machine. The living space, characterized by clean lines, is adorned with decorative objects paying homage to local craftsmanship: paintings inspired by the colors of Martinique's rum distilleries and a collection of Bakwa hats. A large palm-blade fan gracefully turns on the ceiling.Villa Karambol boasts five air-conditioned, comfortable, and elegant bedrooms: three on the ground floor, one on the upper floor, and one in a cottage. The first bedroom, furnished with a 140x200 bed, extends into a private shower room. In the second bedroom, a prominent four-poster bed measuring 160x200, adorned with a mosquito net, takes center stage. Facing the pool, the third bedroom is equipped with two beds measuring 90x190. These two rooms share a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and double sink. Bien situé mais besoin de travaux
Nous avons louĂ© cette propriĂ©tĂ© pour trois semaines avec nos trois enfants de 10 mois Ă 5 ans. Commençons par le positif: la localisation est idĂ©ale pour visiter le Sud de lâĂźle mais Ă©galement le centre, voire le Nord si on nâa pas peur de faire un peu de route. La maison est relativement spacieuse et le voisinage tranquille (quand les chiens des voisins ne jappent pas). Cuisine quand mĂȘme bien Ă©quipĂ©e mais pourrait ĂȘtre mieux. Par contre, il y a plusieurs importants points nĂ©gatifs Ă mentionner. Tout dâabord, le systĂšme de plomberie est dĂ©ficient ou mĂ©riterait un entretien sĂ©rieux. De fortes odeurs nausĂ©abondes dâurine et dâexcrĂ©ments ont embaumĂ© notre sĂ©jour pendant plusieurs jours. La table de la salle Ă manger est brisĂ©e (bois en surface pourri et endommagĂ©) et doit ĂȘtre remplacĂ©e. Les matĂ©riaux (surfaces, planchers, moulures, etc.) sont endommagĂ©s Ă plusieurs endroits: salle dâeau, salle de bain, cuisine et chambres. Les matelas sont trĂšs durs et inconfortables. Autres points Ă amĂ©liorer: le drain de douche est bouchĂ©, le moustiquaire de la chambre Ă lâĂ©tage ne ferme pas bien, la terrasse est trĂšs endommagĂ©e, des tĂȘtes de vis sortent du bois Ă plusieurs endroits (trĂšs dangereux pour sây prendre les pieds). Enfin, les communications avec lâhĂŽte en cours de sĂ©jours ont Ă©tĂ© ardues. La gestionnaire de la propriĂ©tĂ© ne rĂ©pond pas aux mails le weekend et il nous a fallu deux suivis pour quâune action soit entreprise en lien avec le problĂšme dâodeurs Ă©manant de la plomberie. La ville a coupĂ© lâeau deux soirs de suite sans que nous ayons Ă©tĂ© avisĂ©s par lâhĂŽte, nous privant de prendre des bains et douches (y compris les enfants), ce qui Ă©tait inacceptable dans les circonstances. Des avis semblaient pourtant avoir Ă©tĂ© dĂ©posĂ©s dans la boĂźte postale mais nâont pas Ă©tĂ© ramassĂ©s par la gestionnaire, nous empĂȘchant ainsi dâen ĂȘtre informĂ©s Ă lâavance et prendre des dispositions appropriĂ©es. Aussi, elle est entrĂ© dans la maison en cours de sĂ©jour alors que nous nây Ă©tions pas, sans nous aviser au prĂ©alable, ce qui nous a semblĂ© intrusif dans notre intimitĂ©. Nous trouvions important de mentionner ces divers problĂšmes ici car pour le prix payĂ©, nous nous attentions Ă mieux, autant de la propriĂ©tĂ© comme telle que de lâhĂŽte, que nous avons trouvĂ© peu professionnelle. Heureusement, les points positifs mentionnĂ©s ci-dessus ont rendu notre expĂ©rience agrĂ©able dans son ensemble.

Grande maison typique pas loin de la mer trĂšs agrĂ©able Ă vivre. TrĂšs pratique pour la barriĂšre de la piscine, trĂšs grand jardin plat avec jeux pour enfants, et petit coup de cĆur pour la suite parentale de l Ă©tage. Maison idĂ©ale avec des enfants petits.

TrĂšs bien avant mais sortie plus floue
RĂ©servation trĂšs facile, communication fluide et proactive avant lâarrivĂ©e notamment en lien avec la situation Ă©pidĂ©mique Covid (appel pour vĂ©rifier la venue, appel pour vĂ©rifier le statut vaccinalâŠ)
A savoir, la caution est une pré-autorisation de prélÚvement sur carte bancaire (il faut communiquer les infos de la carte par mail ou téléphone !).
A lâentrĂ©e inventaire ultra rapide sans document.
A la sortie inventaire rapide sans document.
Nous avons cassĂ© un miroir et nâavons aucun document dâinventaire. Il a fallu insister pour savoir avant de quitter la location combien allait ĂȘtre retenu (pour un miroir Ă cadre en plastique !).
Le prĂ©lĂšvement a eu lieu⊠je nâai toujours pas de justificatif ni pour le prix du cadre ni pour la fin dâautorisation de prĂ©lĂšvement⊠Nous sommes rentrĂ©s depuis 2 semaines et jâai relancĂ© au bout de 1 semaine. Câest dommage de perdre la bonne impression de dĂ©part dĂšs la fin du sĂ©jour.
Le sĂ©jour et la villa sont conformes au descriptif (la piscine est plus usagĂ©e que ce qui se voit sur les photos), la Clim est au efficace dans les 4 chambres. Le cadre est sympa et les accĂšs Ă la nationale rapides pour se balancer dans lâĂźle.

La villa est bien agencée pour que chacun soit indépendant , les arbres fruitiers sont appréciés .
Mais manque dâentretien de lâinfrastructure ,mĂ©nage insuffisant .
