The villa features a spacious open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, and central island) and a bright lounge opening directly onto the terrace and swimming pool.
The living room includes a corner sofa, television, and Wi-Fi access.

The villa offers three double bedrooms on the ground floor, each with a double bed, private shower room, and toilet, as well as a master suite upstairs featuring a whirlpool bathtub, walk-in shower, and separate toilet.

You will enjoy the beautiful furnished terrace with outdoor lounge furniture, plancha grill, and built-in barbecue, not to mention the private swimming pool with sun loungers for relaxing moments. Private parking is also included for your convenience.

With a living area of 110 m², this villa offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, complemented by a shaded patio that provides a true haven of peace for dining or relaxing moments.
