Dans le sĂ©jour une grande table en chĂȘne de 8 personnes, au salon vous apprĂ©cierez de vous dĂ©tendre, et regarder la tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat, dans 2 confortables canapĂ©s 3 places, 1 toilette en rez de chaussĂ©e lave linge et Ă©tendoir. 1 chambre avec 2 lits confortables de 90 x 190, ou pour 1 couple que l'on peut rapprocher sur demande.

Au 1er étage 1 salle de bain avec grande douche 133 x90 WC et lavabo. sur le palier un placard penderie étagÚres, et la chambre avec 2 lits de 90 x 190 rapprochés que l'on peut séparer sur demande. 2 commodes et 1 télévision écran plat.

La décoration l'espace aident à se sentir rapidement "chez soi'.
La maison est trÚs bien située dans la station, à quelques mÚtres du port? de la plage, du casino, commerces tout peut se faire à pied (boulangerie, presse, marché) restaurants, boutiques. AU CALME, avec toutes les commodités à moins de 100 m, marché alimentaire couvert tous les jours, artisanal, marché hebdomadaire (textiles, alimentaire, ou brocante) restaurants, service de navettes routiÚres et fluviales, un vrai paradis pour des vacances en toute tranquillité.

A lot of charm for this accommodation, practical, well equipped kitchen appliances in the kitchen, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave oven, ceramic hob, oven, coffee filter, and espresso machine SENSEO, toaster, kettle , and all the dishes and utensils. In the living room a large oak table of 8 people, in the lounge you will appreciate to relax, and watch the flat screen TV, in 2 comfortable 3 seater sofas, 1 toilet on the ground floor washing machine and clothes rack. 1 bedroom with 2 comfortable beds of 90 x 190, or for 1 couple that can be closer on request.

1st floor 1 bathroom with large shower 133 x90, toilet and sink. on the landing a closet wardrobe shelves, and the room with 2 beds of 90 x 190 closets that can be separated on request. 2 dressers and 1 flat screen TV.

The house is very well located in the resort, a few meters from the port of the beach, the casino, shops all can be done on foot (bakery, press, market) restaurants, shops. QUIET, with all amenities within 100 m, covered food market every day, craft, weekly market (textiles, food, or flea market) restaurants, bus and river shuttle service, a true paradise for holidays in peace .

Gite bien équipé et trÚs bien situé avec les avantages et inconvénients de cette localisation

Gite bien Ă©quipĂ© (bĂ©mols : manque la tĂ©lĂ©vision dans la chambre et grand "meuble-cave Ă  vin" du propriĂ©taire dans la salle Ă  manger) et bien situĂ©. Avantage : on pose la voiture et on peut tout faire Ă  pied, rues piĂ©tonnes Ă  cotĂ©, plage du port Ă  5mm, animations sympas le soir. InconvĂ©nient : trĂšs bruyant (beaucoup de passage le soir, les livraisons du restaurant d'Ă  cotĂ© le matin). Nous sommes venues avec de grands enfants, mais s'ils avait Ă©tĂ© petits, nous aurions trouvĂ© l'escalier intĂ©rieur trĂšs dangereux et la fenĂȘtre de l'Ă©tage trĂšs basse et sans barre de sĂ©curitĂ©.

Unfortunately misleading

It’s a shame when a picture doesn’t match the description and the descriptions don’t match the realities. We were so looking forward to our stay here but when we opened the front door and were shown the inside, had we the opportunity of going somewhere else we would have done so. We made the most of it but nobody should be put in this position. Firstly from the picture you’d imagine sitting on your patio enjoying a relaxing drink but unfortunately there is no patio or outside sitting area at all. What is shown is a collapsible picnic table and chairs placed directly on the street pavement outside the front door of the house on a busy street . More importantly let’s now deal with the total misinterpretation of the property itself. There are 2 bedrooms #1 is at the top of the most dangerous set of stairs I have ever seen at either a private home or anywhere else. Somebody is going to get seriously injured negotiating them, be afraid. The shower and bathroom here are good but remember this is the only shower in the house and accessible only by climbing those stairs. Two of our party could not climb the stairs and so could not shower for the length of our stay. The description said there are a total of 3 toilets, there aren’t only 2 and 1 shower. A/C only available in the upstairs bedroom. Bedroom #2 is downstairs off the living room. and consists of 2 single beds. Toilet #2 is off the living room and that’s it for toilets.

Schöne und relaxte Zeit in Sainte-Maxime

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt, das kleine Ferienhaus ist mit viel Liebe und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage in der Altstadt ist super und man hat einen wundervollen Blick auf den Hafen und das Meer, sehr schön war es auch vor dem Haus sitzen zu können und die entspannte und schöne AtmosphĂ€re zu geniessen. Nadine und Marc sind sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder..

Tolle Wohnung im Zentrum...

Die Wohnung war toll. Es war alles notwendige da. Das Internet war schlecht. Nicht mal 1 mbit. Liegt daran, daß der Router ein Stockwerk höher liegt, in der Wohnung der Vermieter. Da man vor der Buchung wußte, daß es draußen nur einen Sitzplatz auf öffentlichem Grund gab, waren wir nicht ĂŒberrascht, daß es draußen keine PrivatsphĂ€re gab. Die FußgĂ€nger gehen 1 Meter entfernt vom Tisch vorbei und begutachten das Essen. Die Vermieterin war 1A Spitzenklasse. Der Ort St. Maxime ist toll, aber nur etwas fĂŒr reiche Menschen. A cosy home in the heart of Ste Maxime.

Thank you to Nadine and Marc to instantly making us feel welcome and at home. Prime location next to city center and port. Free parking at the port with a badge was a plus point. Well appointed kitchen and bathroom. Great size living room. We recommend this rental and look forward to staying there again.

Schöne Tage in Saint Maxime

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt bei Nadine und alles so vorgefunden, wie beschrieben. Die Wohnung ist gemĂŒtlich, die KĂŒche sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt und nah am Hafen ist perfekt und die Parkkarte fĂŒr den Hafenparkplatz wirklich sehr praktisch. Nadine ist außerordentlich nett und wir können uns sehr gut vorstellen wieder zu kommen. Merci beaucoup!

Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine gute Lage. Alles kann per Fuss erreicht werden. Die Wohnung ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Der im Preis inbegriffene Parkplatz am Hafen ist nicht weit weg und wirklich eine gute Sache. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und behilflich bei allen Fragen.

Excellent 3 week stay in Ste. Maxime!

Many thanks to Nadine and her husband for a very enjoyable visit. The cottage is in a very good location in the town with every facility near at hand. Car parking at the port as others have said is a great bonus.

A superb base from which to explore the whole area. Excellent hosts who were always available but never intrusive. The free car parking facility was a bonus and so convenient, especially at busy times. Highly recommended.

Location, location

An excellent location for all local amenities, including bus stop and boat to St. Tropez. The house was fabulous, comfortable furniture and very well equipped kitchen. It was also very clean and well cared for. Nadine was a super hostess, very kind and welcoming and had lots of local knowledge. We were able to easily explore St. Maxime and St. Tropez. Also use the bus to the station at St Raphael and catch the train to Nice and Monte Carlo, much easier than going by car. We would definitely stay with Nadine again.

A lovely base in Sainte Maxime

We had a fabulous 5 night stay in this beautiful little house in Sainte Maxime. The house is very well located in a peaceful street behind the main church opposite the port. Lots of great restaurants in the area and everything you need is within walking distance. Tenants are given a parking car allowing them to park in the port car park which is incredibly useful and saves a great deal of money. Inside, the house has a very nice feel. Simply furnished and very welcoming. Everything is very clean and tidy and the kitchen is well equipped. We had a great time here and are coming back in July. The couple that own the house are absolutely charming!

Perfect!

We absolutely loved this cottage. It is ideally located in the centre of town with nearby shops, restaurants and bars in walking distance. Also, having a marina parking pass was wonderful! We didn't waste time looking for spaces!! The house was spotlessly clean and there were many items left for us, dish soap, laundry detergent, sugar, etc. We spent one week there but hope to go back soon for two or three weeks.
