La Rieviera

Die Wohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung und unsere Erwartung wurde voll erfĂŒllt. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, ist zweckmĂ€ĂŸig eingerichtet und auch der Balkon ist sehr großzĂŒgig. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt. Die Lage ist perfekt. Wenige Minuten zu Fuß ins Zentrum und an den Stadtstrand. BĂ€cker, Supermarkt usw. alles in der NĂ€he. Die Anlage ist schön begrĂŒnt und sauber und der kleine Pool lĂ€dt auch zu dem ein oder anderen Bad ein. Herr Lamy hat uns in der Wohnung empfangen und alles erklĂ€rt (in französisch). Der vereinbarte Übergabezeitpunkt sowohl bei der An-und Abreise hat perfekt funktioniert. Nochmals danke an Herrn Lamy, der sehr freundlich ist. Auch der Vermieter selbst hat uns per Mail kontaktiert und sich nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt. Da fĂŒr uns alles in Ordnung war, hatten wir keine Fragen. Die Wohnung ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen. Gerne wieder. Noch eine Anmerkung: Es ist sehr ruhig in der Anlage. Von der teilweise tagsĂŒber belebten Straße vor der Wohnanlage ist nichts zu hören.

Mr et Mme Paradis sont trÚs gentil ainsi que le gardien Mr Lamy. TrÚs bonne communication. La residence est bien entretenue et trÚs bien placé. Idéal en famille.

Sehr gute Lage

Eine ruhige Ferienwohnung mit guter Lage zum Strand und zur Stadt.. FußlĂ€ufig alles erreichbar. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Sehr netter Kontakt zu den Vermietern, alle Fragen wurden gleich beantwortet. Auch beim Ein- und Auschecken ein sehr netter Kontakt.

Nazomeren in Sainte Maxime

Het appartement ligt op een mooie plek, vlakbij centrum, strand en uitvalswegen. Ook de parkeergelegenheid was erg goed. Met twee personen hadden wij voldoende ruimte in het appartement. (Het bed is erg klein, vooral voor wat langere mensen, maar dat was bekend) Het appartement wordt aangeboden voor 5 personen, dit lijkt ons wat krapjes worden. In de advertentie wordt bij de basisvoorzieningen aangegeven dat er internet aanwezig is, echter wordt hiermee bedoeld dat er 4G ontvangst is. Deze informatie staat niet op de website en in de app. Dat hebben wij als misleidend ervaren. Ik heb die informatie pas van ontvangen, nadat ik geboekt had. (Ik kon niet meer annuleren, omdat ik pas enkele dagen voor aankomst boekte.)

Very nice appartement close to the beach and to the town of Sainte Maxime

We stayed two weeks with our two children in the nice appartement of Mrs and Mr Paradis in July 2018. The appartement is located in a calm area, has a very nice Loggia and there is a beautiful swimming pool. There was a save parking garage. But we could also reach everything easily by foot: the close beaches, the supermarket and the nice town of Sainte Maxime. Mr and Mrs Paradis are very nice persons. So we really enjoyed our time in Sainte Maxime we will come back there in the future.
