This recently built 2022 single-story house features a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge, and a dining area. The first bedroom has a king-size bed (180x200cm) and a desk, the second has a 140x190cm bed, and the third has two 90x190cm beds, a desk, and a children's play area. You'll also have access to a bathroom with a walk-in shower, double sinks, and a separate toilet. Heating in the living room is provided by reversible air conditioning. The bedrooms have electric heating.
Outside, you'll enjoy a pleasant terrace with garden furniture, a parasol, a deckchair, and a children's swing.
Baby equipment is available: an outdoor table and chairs for children, a high chair, a travel cot, a potty, a bathtub, and a changing mat.
The price includes: linens; sheets; towels; and electricity. Heating €8/day. End-of-stay cleaning €80. Halfway between Brive and Périgueux, this cottage is ideally located for exploring the iconic tourist sites of the Périgord region (17 km from Lascaux 4 in Montignac, 12 km from Hautefort: castle and Museum of Medicine, 13 km from the Tourtoirac cave, 23 km from Terrasson, 45 km from Sarlat), and close to many of the department's major tourist attractions (castles, gardens, caves, troglodyte sites, and recreational sites). For nature lovers, you can enjoy marked hiking trails in the surrounding area. You can also enjoy treetop adventures in Thenon, canoeing in Montignac and St. Léon-sur-Vézère, and tennis in Azerat. Swimming enthusiasts can cool off in the greenery of the Azerat swimming pool (supervised) or the Coucou pond in Hautefort.
