With four bedrooms of accommodation, 2 living rooms, 3 bathrooms and a quaint rear yard, be prepared to enjoy the ultimate coastal getaway.

Entering the duplex is the welcome hallway which leads to two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room complete with a large smart TV and Retro gaming table with 70 games including Pac-Man, Donkey Kong and Space Invaders.

This leads out onto the covered patio and charming quiet grassed rear yard.

Upstairs is the open plan living, dining and kitchen with outdoor balcony. Webber BBQ and Wifi and another bathroom.

Salamander Bay offers it’s own charming and unique attractions for visitors, and neighbours Soldiers Point where Rick Stein's restaurant and the Cheeky Dog is located along with the Marina with a cafe and restaurant.
