It also includes hot/cold air conditioning, a laundry area, and a game room equipped with a pool table and air hockey.

Located in a privileged area, just 5 minutes from Guadalupe Plaza and 25 minutes from Ica’s Main Square (Plaza de Armas), it combines tranquility, privacy, and easy access to the city’s main attractions.

The house is located within a small gated condominium made up of four fully independent homes, separated by living fences, ensuring a safe, quiet, and private environment.

*Cancellation policy: Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the arrival date are eligible for a refund. Cancellations made outside this period are non-refundable.



*Noise and parties: Parties or events are not allowed on the property. Only small gatherings with music at a moderate volume are permitted, always respecting neighbors and guests in nearby houses. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., during which noise levels must be kept low.
