This property said it had free breakfast but they did not have a cafeteria on property. You had to go to the Dennys next door with a voucher. We had to wait one day an hour to get a table and the other day they had a computer system shutdown so no service at all. Very bad as we needed to eat before a funeral service. They also had a coffee machine in the lobby that only worked for the first 2 days then out of service. No maid service during our stay even though we asked for it. Not a very good experience… won’t be staying here again.

Staff were friendly. Delicious cookies on check in. Only down fall were the 12 teenagers in the pool who were so loud so hot tub time was cut short. They were having themselves a great time!

Our favorite hotel in Salem

Beds were firm but comfortable enough to sleep. Our room was right by the enteancr to the hotel so we got to hear quite a bit of door slammining in the evening, but that is ti be excpected and not avoidable.

I've enjoyed staying at this motel several times this time. However, the front desk woman and they misty. I think was so busy flirting when I walked in. With someone over the phone named Shane, I waited for a good 15 minutes. Until she finally decided to stop cooing at him. And then when my husband walked up, she change your tune again when we were leaving and acted all sad that we were leaving and I completely ignored that attention.Ben said, we're checking out.When will we get our deposit. 10 days later, we are still waiting for the deposit. That's supposedly is g I put through, and we have yet to receive it. I have stayed at other best westerns. And within a couple days it hasn't showed up. I would give a call for and they would push it through. And I would have my deposit either the same day or the next day.I'm not sure what is different about this motel, but something is a bit off
