Nice yound lady at the front desk, big smile and efficiency. Rooms are OK, nothing fancy, neighborhood is calm and we could have a good night of sleep. Breakfast is minimalist. Would stay there again.

This was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever been to. Beds were clean but rock hard, with old slippery bedding. The carpets filthy, whole place smelled like smoke. Breakfast was dirty and sparse, no protein whatsoever. Half the outlets and some tvs not working, as we had multiple rooms. The pool and hot tub room were closed the entire time for some reason. Absolutely zero amenities at this gross hotel. Probably the worst part was the water!!!!! Absolutely horrible. The water was smelly and dark brown right out of the faucet. I brought up a glass of this and told the front desk. They said it’s always like that and to just let in run. I ran the water for at least 5 minutes before it cleared up. I filled many inches in the tub with brown water. We were there for a 3 day high school tournament, nobody felt good about showering or brushing their teeth in the contaminated water. Our room let’s quit working early on the last morning we were there, and the front desk staff gave one of the dads a MASTER KEY to the entire hotel. What a crazy thing to do as we had girls and boys staying there. The only positive I could note was the one lady that worked in the evenings at the front desk. She was very kind and friendly but what a gross place to work. Do not spend your time here.

Arrived yesterday with two days prepaid and they said it wasn’t paid so I paid for a day so I could stay the night and now we’re disputing about the two days that I prepaid and I called Expedia and they hung up on me three times so I’m a little upset and hopefully we can fix this problem because I’m now $350 into you guys for just one night let’s solve this problem

I had accidentally double-booked a portion of my extended stay, creating a policy issue on my end. Before I even had a chance to ask for assistance, Sandy took complete ownership of the problem. She spent over an hour navigating the hotel's policies with the owners and coordinating directly with Expedia to fully resolve the error. Sandy's proactive dedication and effort to correct my mistake—without prompt—went above and beyond any expectation. The hospitality and care shown here are simply amazing. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay and world-class customer service!

The room is fair, stayed for 2 nights, we did not put the "do not disturb" sign because we wanted our room cleaned however when we got back from a family event it was not cleaned. We arrived late because our flight was a late afternoon. It was freezing outside, my husband was shivering I begged if we could get in but staff just played a dumb ear, never opened the door just left us all freezing outside until she was finished checking us in which took forever. I won't go back to this place again, I'd rather drive a little further with good customer service but clos but let you freezing outside- so inconsiderate, I'm sorry.
