Discover rustic luxury in this Alpine Log Home, built with Montana Pine Logs overlooking an Apple Orchard. A 60-ft deck surrounds the home, perfect for entertaining. Inside, a 30-ft river rock fireplace complements vast windows framing the backyard. The Main Floor features a Santa Fe-style Master Bedroom. Upstairs, vaulted-ceiling Bedrooms offer tranquility. The house was stocked to the brim with anything we could ever need! Extra blankets, towels, cleaning supplies, papertowels, toilet paper, etc were at our fingertips. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and everyday cooking necessities. It was wonderful to show up and find the house stocked with more than just the basics. The outdoor space was clean and spacious and the hot tub was clean. The back door from the living room seemed to stick upon opening and closing, but nothing major that disrupted our stay. Plenty of space to spread out throughout the house. The bedrooms are spread out, with rooms to the left and right of the kitchen. Keeping a consistent comfortable temperature in all the rooms was a challenge, because of the various thermostats throughout the house. Shopping was nearby and the neighborhood was quiet and private.

Fabulous Property!

The pictures online do not do this awesome location justice! This lovely home was way beyond our expectations. It was so well furnished and appointed. We were in the area for our son's wedding and this property accommodated our entire family. There was so much room and awesome entertainment options for everyone. The large kitchen was terrific for preparing family meals for all of us! I can't say enough...just wonderful, and I would stay here again and again! The owner was wonderful and always responded immediately to any messages.

Memorial Weekend 2025

House was great. The only downside was no bathroom for the extra bedrooms. They either had to go to basement for a full bathroom or use bathroom in someone else's bedroom. Ann, the hostess was awesome. We loved all the room and the property was beautiful.. Had an issue with the hot tub, but got it fixed by Saturday night. Could only use it on Sunday. we would definitely come back to this house. . 1st floor is only 1/2 bath. 5 couple have been going away for this weekend for over 35 years. This was one of our favorite houses!

Inaccurate Listing

We were pretty disappointed with this house. They informed us 3 hours before that the hot tub wasn’t working which was a must when searching for house. They list 4 king beds and 4 queen bed. There was 1 king bed and the rest were full/double beds We were very uncomfortable sleeping in such small beds. The second floor has 2 bathrooms attached to 2 bedrooms but if you sleep in the 3rd room with 2 beds you have to walk all the way downstairs and into laundry area to use the bathroom. The property was very beautiful. The listing is very misleading with the sleeping situation.

Great House!!!

The house was the perfect size and location. Working with the owner was smooth and simple. We spent a lot of time in the yard and covered patio. While being together to watch the Guardians beat the Tigers on the HUGE TV downstairs may have been the highlight of the trip the house and all the amenities were high on the list. We are very much looking forward to returning next year!

Family Reunion

The property was just beautiful. The listing description does not do justice to this location. Amenities were as listed plus others (extra full refrigerator in basement was so wonderful). So close to stores and town, but you feel like you are miles away. Sound system a plus! Everything in working order. Space for all who stayed with us and beds were so comfortable. Parking beyond ample and yard space is much larger than photos show. History of the home being available of being built was a charming touch. This place is a real gem and would not hesitate in booking again. Don’t think twice if you have the opportunity to stay at the Timber Lodge. Can’t rave enough!!!

The lodge is beautiful with plenty of space indoor and outdoor. Quiet neighborhood located 2 to 5 minutes from everything you need in town but feels like cottage country.

50th anniversary stay

Celebrated our parent’s 50th wedding anniversary with the whole family. House was centrally located between NY and Indiana for our families. The property is in a private location with plenty of yard space for kids to run around. A lot of room inside (3 floors), plenty of beds for families and kids. House was well equipped with the needed amenities. Host was very responsive to questions/needs before and during stay. Overall, great big log cabin to host large (20+) family gatherings. Would recommend it.

This place was perfect for us. As the grandkids have gotten older the pool table and hot tub were a big hit. They all enjoy spending time together and the house was big enough to accommodate everyone. The kitchen was great for setting up meals, and the dishwasher was a blessing. Thank you again!

We are Widowed

We had a group of widow/widowers from as far away as California and many other states come together for a weekend get together. We had more than enough room for everyone to relax, enjoy a fire, enjoy the hot tub and make and share meals. Everyone was impressed with how beautiful the house was inside and out. We would definitely stay here again. The owners made us feel welcome and were easy to work with.

True Log Cabin

The house and property was beautiful. The listing stated a fitness area which was not available due to construction being done on that room. It would have been nice to have been informed of that fact as we had some in our party planning on using the area. Otherwise, all was great! Jonathan was very responsive and everyone had a great time!

Perfect space for large groups

This property was perfect for my large family's Easter weekend. Plenty of space for everyone to come together and have privacy at the same time. We enjoyed the spacious family room to watch the NCAA tournament and had our own fun in the game room. I highly recommend this property!

Great house for a family Christmas

We stayed here 3 nights( 12 adults and 4kids and 1 baby) and we all had plenty of space. The home was great and the area was really nice. Right up the street from shopping centers and restaurants. Big yard for the kids to run around in. The amenities were well stocked , particularly the kitchen , had a lot of extra pots and pans for big dinners. The pool room was awesome and the hot tub was really clean and nice. Only 2 issues , 1) there were a few rotted spots in the deck that need to be patched , 2) the cleaning crew needs to check the window sills because we found a lot of dead bugs . Other than that it’s only 15 mins from white house fruit farm and the donuts were amazing. Great home would def stay again

Perfect Family Getaway

The home was beautiful. It had everything we needed plus more. The home gave all 18 guest plenty of space to be together AND apart. There was something for the youngest to the oldest. My 70yr old mother loved having a room on the first floor. The kitchen was 10 out of 10! Perfect amount of bathrooms and grateful for each room being equipped with a TV.
