The apartment is located just 5 meters from the beach and features a balcony with a sea view, as well as every amenity needed to comfortably accommodate up to 2 people. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood that is also well-served by shops and amenities for a comfortable stay, including a pharmacy, supermarket, and post office. The Pastena train station is just 900 meters away.



The 50-square-meter apartment is on the third floor of a building with an elevator (please note there are 8 steps to reach it) and is laid out as follows:

- Kitchenette equipped with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, toaster, conventional oven, and microwave

- Living area with a double sofa bed, split AC, and TV

- Bathroom with toilet, bidet, and shower stall

- Balcony with ocean view, equipped with two lounge chairs.



Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, closet, washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).



Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the City of Salerno.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Check-in after midnight is not permitted, even for a fee. All late check-ins must be arranged and approved by the host.



Early check-in (before 2:00 PM) will only be possible if there are no other guests checking out on the same day, and therefore can only be confirmed a few days before arrival.

The apartment is located in a semi-central neighborhood, just 900 meters from the Pastena train station, in an area offering all the amenities you’ll need during your stay: shops, a pharmacy, a post office, restaurants, and bars.
