This was my first stay at this hotel and the staff are one of the best and friendly people I met. I had specific requirements for my room and bathroom which the staff made every effort to make sure I got what I wanted. The room was very spacious and very clean. The location was nice and quiet but only a short bus ride from Manchester city centre. Thanks to the excellent and friendly staff for making my stay so comfortable.

It's ok, can walk in to the city centre in 15 mins, really big room, with a fridge and other facilities. Decent broadband WiFi. House keeping didn't clean my room once over 3 days, I had to pay on arrival despite Expedia telling me I'd paid already. It's also on a main road. If it was hot you'd struggle to open the windows as loud and no air conditioning! If I had other options in MCR city centre at the same price I wouldn't choose it.

Comfortable, clean and friendly. They did inform us that the bacon was turkey and chicken sausages. Why they couldn't do proper bacon and sausage aswell is beyond me, that was the only let down. A good stay all in all.
