The luxurious Villa Buganvilla en Salobreña is located in a peaceful residential area outside Salobreña. It consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning (in every bedroom and the living room) and a washing machine. The host even provides guests with fresh eggs and home-grown fruit. The property has 2 independent floors (ground floor and 1st floor).

In the living room, there is a sofa bed.

The property also includes a dishwasher, washing machine, and various small appliances and coffee makers.



In addition, a Brita filtered water tap is installed to provide drinkable water, eliminating the need to buy bottled water.

The owners sometimes stay on the upper floor, but they respect the privacy of the guests and do not make use of the outdoor spaces.

This property features a private garden with a pool (open all year), a whirlpool and a children’s pool. There is also both a covered and an open private terrace with seating furniture where guests can relax with a refreshing drink and enjoy the view. There is even a grill for cooking delicious meals outside!

Despite the peaceful location of the villa, all the essentials are just a short drive away. The nearest restaurant is 6 minutes away by car (3.7 km) and the nearest supermarket is a 7-minute drive away (4.4 km). The stunning Playa de Cabria is 11 minutes away by car (5 km). Malaga - Costa del Sol airport is 1 hour 4 minutes away by car (94.9 km).

In front of the complex, there is a path that leads to a small cove. The beach there has stones and crystal-clear water, perfect for activities like fishing and diving.
