Traditional Spanish Villa With Private Heated Pool And Amazing Views

Villa Amani is a traditional Spanish style villa with a contemporary touch where you can enjoy the tranquility and charm of authentic Spain. It has nice outdoor space and stunning views towards the Mediterranean Sea and the picturesque white village of Salobreña with the impressive Moorish Castle (lit up at night).

The private heated pool, with optional safety fences for children, is great for swimming and relaxing. Living room, dining area, kitchen and pool are on the same level, so you have a good overview when children are playing.

Villa Amani has three bedrooms, two of them are fitted with en-suite bathrooms, all bedrooms suitable for double occupancy. There is the possibility of using two extra single beds. Therefore, in total, the villa can accommodate up to eight guests. The entrance gives access to the living room with a cozy fire place. The living room has wide windows facing the incredible views to the spectacular surroundings. Just a few steps, you find the dining area and the kitchen which is equipped for all your culinary needs. You can prepare delicious meals on the gas barbecue located in one of the terraces.

The villa has WIFI, satellite TV with international channels and hot and cold air-conditioning, which can be controlled individually in every room. There is a closed private garage with capacity for one car. Because the villa is south facing you can enjoy the sun all day from sunrise until sunset.

Villa Amani has three bedroom bedrooms, two with king size beds and all of them suitable for double occupancy and fitted with wardrobes.
At road level, next to the gate, you find the entrance to the garage, with capacity for one car. When entering the pedestrian gate and go up the stairs, you will find yourself in the terrace where you will be impressed by the breathtaking views. You will definitely enjoy hours of relaxation either next to the heated swimming pool or outside sitting areas.
There is an outside sheltered dining space with a large table and comfortable seats for enjoying a nice breakfast or meal. The whole terrace is divided into two levels with access to the living room and the kitchen. At the end of the terrace you can see the back patio and a flowered garden over the hill side, covering the rear views of the house. You will be able to relax and have a nice conversation while you delight with the fragrances surrounding you in the evenings.

The entrance of the house gives access to the living room with a cozy fire place. The living room has wide windows facing the incredible views to the spectacular surroundings. Just a few steps, you find the dining area and the kitchen which is equipped for all your culinary needs. You can prepare delicious meals on the gas barbecue located in one of the terraces. Both the living room and kitchen connect with the terraces. On this same level you will find a bathroom with shower and one of the bedrooms with beautiful see views.

On the upper floor the other two bedrooms with en suite bathroom are located. One of the bathrooms has a shower while the master bedroom has a bathroom with shower and bathtub. From both bedrooms you can go out to a nice sized terrace with sitting area. Just waking up in this house with these wonderful views will definitely make you blissful.

The villa has WIFI, satellite TV with international channels and hot and cold air-conditioning, which can be controlled individually in every room. Washing machine and tumble dryer are available for you.

Villa Amani is located on the very nice hillside urbanization Monte de los Almendros. Guests have complimentary use of the recreational area of this urbanization with tennis court, large swimming pool, children's pool, football pitch and playground and a snack bar during the summer months.

The beach, restaurants and shops are less than a 10 minute drive away. There is an easy access to Malaga, Granada or Almeria airport. If you can manage yourself away from this marvelous villa, there are lots of things to see and to do: the ski area of the Sierra Nevada where you can also enjoy great walking and hiking is less than 75 minutes away, so you can ski during the morning (from November to April) and relax on the beach or at the pool in the afternoon. The picturesque mountain villages of Las Alpujarras are nearby as well as the wonderful cities of Granada with the spectacular Alhambra Palaces and Malaga with the historic downtown and the Picasso museum. Other places of interest include Almunecar with its markets and Roman ruins, La Herradura with its beautiful harbor and Nerja with its underground caves.

For those interested in sightseeing art, architecture and history this region offers the best of what Andalusia provides. You will be charmed and overwhelmed by the beauty of the region. Small white washed villages on the top of the hills, tropical nature, sounds of flamenco and of course the richness and variety of Spanish food. You will love this area because it is still Spanish and very much unspoilt.

Salobreña benefits from the subtropical microclimate with over 300 days of sunshine and an average temperature of over 20 degrees C.
