The views!!

Fantastic villa between Salobrena and Almunecar. The villa is above the street level which gives beautiful views of the Mediterranean. There are five different areas for outdoor seating (including the pool). Well equipped kitchen. Satellite tv with Spanish, English, German and French channels. The owner us incredibly attentive and easy to contact.

Wir haben einen wirklich fantastischen Urlaub hier verlebt. Alex ist extrem professionell in Vorbereitung und Verfügbarkeit vor Ort, für alle Fragen/Sorgen jederzeit ansprechbar (englisch, spanisch, deutsch), und wenn er selbst mal nicht da sein kann, gibt es eine Notfall-Nachbarin, die ansprechbar wäre. Urb. Alfamar ist eine sehr ruhige Gegend, das Haus ist toll gelegen und bietet einen sagenhaften Ausblick. Für alle, die einen steilen Aufstieg fürchten (so wie bei Buchung ich ein wenig), dem sei gesagt: ja, es geht "etwas steiler" nach oben, muss ja auch, wer den Überblick von oben haben will, aber die Straßen sind geteert, breit genug für 2 Fahrzeuge, speziell in den drei Kurven, die es zu bewältigen gibt, also keine Panik, ich würde dennoch ein Automatik-Fahrzeug empfehlen. Die Garage ist ziemlich kurz, ein Audi A3 passt zwar locker rein, ist aber etwa 20cm zu lang, um das Tor zu schließen. Nach 3x rückwärts Einparken hat man den Dreh auch raus. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gehoben, man sitzt/liegt überall sehr bequem, es fehlt einem tats. an gar nichts, die Betten groß/bequem, Klimaanlage fast überall, ausreichend Sonnenschutz durch Schirme und elektr. Markisen. In den Abendstunden, nun ja... man muss den Blüten-"Duft" des Nachtjasmin wirklich lieben, ansonsten die Stühle einfach 2 Meter vorziehen, dann gehts :-) ... ein grosses, sehr hübsch angelegtes, blühendes Haus/Grundstück. Das Wasser im Pool ist im Sommer sehr warm. Chance auf Wiederkehr : sehr hoch !
