Bad service. Never stay at Alboran

It wasn't as per my booking confirmation. I was given confirmation in my booking that there was Air conditioning but the room had none. I had to make several phone calls to customer service. One of your customer service agent Rick promised to give me full refund if I wanted to check out but another manager refused to follow up. Ruined my holiday. I have demanded compensation and refund.

Well situated.

A condo well situated, with most of all things needed for kitchen. Clean. What is missing: the place to gate the key, they should announce at the door of the condo, very difficult to know, when the janitor is not there.

Bonjour , premièrement le confort du couchage clic clac date de plus de 30 ans avec des lattes du même âges nous rentrons avec un gros mal de dos et pas de repos ! Pas de piscine en état elle était bâchée sale et en travaux nous sommes déçus de ne pas avoir pu en profiter ! Photos à l'appuient . Le réceptionniste très gentil . Pas de chaînes télé à part les locales . Salle de bain bouchée avec les odeurs qui vont avec , WC il fallait le tenir pour pas qui tombe . J'espère y retourner avec ces désagréments en moins .

2 jours de rêve sur le canal.

Arrivée à 17 heures. La terrasse proposée à 25 euros pour le séjour vaut vraiment le coup. Pas besoin de parking hors saison, on ne paie plus de stationnement à partir du 15 septembre. Appartement surclassé très bien équipé (lave vaisselle- machine à laver). Kit nettoyage offert, très pratique. Et surtout, une vue magnifique sur le canal. Bien situé, près du magnifique village de pêcheurs de CADAQUES.

bof !!

difficulté pour trouver l'agence qui donne les clés de la chambre. pas de parking. chambre très sale : odeur persistante de tabac bien que nous ayons laissé les fenêtres ouvertes 24h sur 24. vitres de douches recouvertes d'une couche de crasse. tapis de bain sale trouvé dans un tiroir. pas de cafetière, de saladier. par contre bien situé au centre ville. parc aventura accessible à pied ainsi que la plage et supermarché.

Nous avons trouvé l'appartement tres sale a l'arrivée, avec très peu de matériel, nous avons du acheter quelques éléments (couteaux, tapis de bain etc). Il manquait également la climatisation. Sinon très bien entre jeunes car nous pouvions faire du bruit tard le soir sans avoir de remarque.

Séjour très simpas la ville de salou est une ville très très jolie avec une belle plage très calme les gens sont gentil est respectueux l appartement est bien il y a le nécessaire pour dormir se laver et manger il se situe au 6 ieme étage mais ne vous inquiétez pas il y a un ascenseur par contre il n y a pas de point wifi dans l immeuble la piscine n étais pas ouvert , elle ouvre qu a partir du mois de mai
