Surprised by the cheapest possible toilet paper and tissues. The bed was comfy but the pillows were AWFUL hard as rocks. The hidden charge for parking of 7 dollars a day was disappointing and aggravating to say the least. Staff did nothing to stop a wildly loud party that went on until after 1 in the morning

The desk clerk when we checked in was uninterested in assisting me. We had to return a rental car and take the shuttle back. He said to just call and he’d send the shuttle. We called repeatedly and the line would go dead or ring 20 times with no answer. After waiting 25 minutes and still not getting through, a driver from another hotel offered to take us to our hotel. That’s terrible service. If he’d been on the desk when we got her id have complained directly to him. Otherwise everyone else was nice and the room was clean and comfortable.
