House has it all

We loved staying in this house! Beds were really comfy, hot tub super easy to open and get in. Probably the best stocked kitchen I’ve experienced. The furnishings are the coolest. And, the reason why I will definitely rent this place again next time I’m in SLC is we got in late and there was water bottles, sparkling, half and half,and coffee!

A quiet retreat

We loved coming back to the house after long days of exhibiting at the Salt Palace Convention Center. Everything was very clean, the beds are super comfortable, and it's distance from the center is good.

Dreamy cottage all expectations exceeded!

Last minute booking-was so pleasantly surprised. This understated gem was exquisitely decorated and appointed. The kitchen was beautifully stocked and the bedrooms warm and inviting. The bathrooms stocked with delightful soaps, and the softest towels. The garage and hot tub were wonderful extras! Simply put one of the best stays ever.

The most well thought out and inviting space

I hosted a little 30th birthday gathering and the space was perfectly quaint yet an efficient use of space. All the small details in the decor added a touch of home that was so adorable! It was so clean and cozy that all my friends want to book it again! The owners were responsive and very helpful. It was a very wonderful stay!

Cozy home away from home

We had a wonderful stay at this charming renovated house in Salt Lake City! The property is in an area undergoing lots of improvements, adding to its appeal. The house itself is beautifully decorated with modern farmhouse and artistic touches, making it feel cozy and stylish. We loved the hot tub, which was a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. The house was well-equipped with plenty of dishes, a washer and dryer, and thoughtful extras like games, coffee and espresso supplies, ice, creamer, and milk. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location was fantastic, with close proximity to the fairgrounds and other attractions. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to return in the future.

Wonderful cottage house!!

Fully renovated house interior with lots of attention to details like robes, luggage racks, great beds and bedding, huge towels etc. It was clean, staged and smelled great. The host even stocked us up with some ice and water knowing we were coming to town for a sports tournament! Probably one of the best appointed houses I’ve stayed in. I would have given the location a 10 because it is so centrally located to everything, but the neighborhood and one off streets/blocks were slightly sketch. But that’s just old SLC! So it didn’t bother us! Will definitely book again!

Exactly as pictured!

Whomever did their photography did an excellent job! It was very clean, and bright. I cannot think of one thing the hosts didn't think to include. We didn't cook, but there were plenty of dishes, utensils, cookware, pantry staples. SO happy for the cold bottled waters waiting for us. I was dying to try the Nespresso, but didn't want to open the half-n-half just for a couple uses. As a coffee lover, however, I appreciate that both a Nespresso and drip coffee maker were available. The king bed was comfy with different pillow options (soft and firm). The primary bathroom shower was an issue because at 5'2", I couldn't reach the shower head to readjust the direction of the spray, or use as a handheld. Also, be careful of the hot water, it gets scalding hot! The front porch was nice and welcoming, as well as the backyard, and had good lighting at night. There are a few games, and coloring book. The clothes steamer was convenient. The only drawback of the entire experience was the washing machine. We tried washing a handful of items (socks, undergarments, yoga pants, t-shirt), but the machine would not do a rinse cycle or a spin cycle so we had to wring the items out by hand before putting in the dryer. This was communicated to the hosts, so they are aware of the matter and looking into it. Not really walking distance to anything, IMO (we had a car), but overall, I enjoyed my stay with 3 other adults at this clean, quiet property. A bonus was the "no pet" policy!

Calm & Fub

My friends & I had so much fun staying here! This is the cutest little house! I had a small issue but it was resolved immediately. The hosts are fantastic about communication. The house is stocked with kitchen utensils (so helpful)! We enjoyed our stay!
