I stayed at this apartment for about three weeks and it was fantastic. The location was great, quiet, and had a couple good restaurants within walking distance. The apartment had everything I needed and everything worked and was in great condition. One note - if you are over 5’ 11” there are pipes on the ceiling and you will be close to hitting your head. If you’re tall this place may not be for you!

This is your place if you need a centrally located, very basic spot to crash. It is basement level with hanging pipes so not suitable for anyone over 6’. Limited natural light and the single window air conditioner struggled to keep up with Salt Lake summer heat. As senior citizens, we could have used better mattress, better pillows, and a bath mat. There are bugs.

Considering the obvious age of this property. I did not think it was value for money. However, I was surprised to discover that it was well equipped for meal preparation. Bed was comfortable and clean. A car is required.

Cozy Stay

This place was perfect for my trip to SLC. It was clean and cozy. Great location - a very walkable neighborhood with a park, a pickleball court and a grocery store nearby. I was in town for a convention and it was a nice 1.2 mile walk from there. Highly recommend!

Cozy suite as described

i stayed here for about a week visiting some friends. It was just what I was looking for. It is in a beautiful location. The kitchen and the wifi were excellent. There was plenty of space to watch tv or cozy up to a book.

Business Trip

We were in SLC for a convention and other business. The city is great, the location was great as it was close to the Salt Palace for daily trips! Coming back to relax and watch TV and cook was easy! Hot water works great, so cold was on more than hot! We would have loved to learned Pickleball while we were there, just not enough time! Mark made excellent suggestions for outings, we just didn't have enough time to explore! Excellent service, clean apartment and quiet, friendly neighbor! I would definitely come back! Thank you! Just fine for my needs

Great location in the lower Avenue. Parking is a bit of a challenge until the property manager gave me more information. Wi-Fi was excellent and easy to access This is a basement apartment and I think the description should clarify that anybody who is 6 feet could hit their heads on pipes coming out from the ceiling.
