This was a great value for VIP Access members; nice welcome gift and large, upgraded room. Breakfast really should be improved for an additional star. One issue in room 402 was that the shower noise from the adjacent room 404 was unbearable (it actually drowned out the tv.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war leider enttäuschend. Das erste Zimmer war aufgrund eines starken, unangenehmen Geruchs nicht nutzbar. Nach unserer Reklamation erhielten wir zwar zügig ein Ersatzzimmer – was wir positiv erwähnen möchten –, doch auch dort war der Zustand nicht zufriedenstellend: Auf beiden Betten befanden sich zahlreiche Haare. Ebenso enttäuschend war das Verhalten des Personals. Mit Ausnahme der freundlichen Begrüßung bei der Ankunft wurden wir während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts ignoriert – selbst ein einfaches, höfliches „Guten Tag“ blieb unbeantwortet. Das trug zusätzlich zu einem insgesamt unangenehmen Eindruck bei.

I liked the place, everything is fine. Receptionists are very friendly. The only thing i didn’t like is the varieties at the breakfast, I hoped to have yogurt or beef sausage.
