The service and room were good. The bed was very hard and the pillows were terrible. I feel the price was quite high in addition to having to pay for parking and breakfast. I misunderstood the communication about there not being a free continental breakfast. I felt an $18 breakfast was ridiculous, especially with an over $300 room and $15 to park our car in a parking lot that was too small. We almost had to park on the street. We will not be staying here again.

Fantastic Stay!

What an amazing stay! The staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was the cleanest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The hotel restaurant was tasty, convenient, and also had incredibly kind and attentive staff. I was blown away by this experience, and can’t wait to stay here every time I come back to Salt Lake City. Thank you to everyone at the Hilton Garden Inn Downtown; you’re all amazing!
