The hotel originally booked looked like it rented room by the hour. The website pics were not at all representative of the actual hotel. Upon arrival, the host informed me that I could cancel or move to another hotel. She was very polite and helpful. I went to the other hotel a few miles away. It was not much of an upgrade. The floors throughout the hotel were gross and dirty. Not just from the recent snowfall. It was construction dust EVERYWHERE! They didn’t even bother to try to clean it up. The room itself appeared clean, for the most part. The balcony door/window. Was not sealed and cold air was blowing through it. The main door was not sealed, light was visible around the entire door.

We had a great stay in a corner suite that was reasonably priced, including breakfast (which was quality and changed each day). I appreciated the living room with a sectional couch and bigger refrigerator. Unfortunately the window blinds in our room were electrically raised up and down, and did not work. So we spent the mornings in a mostly dark room because even after we asked the front desk about it, they said there was a remote control to operate them in our room and it was not connected to Bluetooth so they couldn’t make it available to us. Why on earth they would purposefully leave the blinds down without a solution is beyond me. Some of the dishes in the kitchenette were also not clean, the coffee maker had old grounds in it, and so there was some room for improvement. The area around the hotel was super walkable and the location was very convenient. We didn’t get a rental car although we didn’t leave downtown either. I would recommend this hotel but make sure to ask about the blinds when you check in!

I booked a room with two queen beds and one sofa bed. Upon arrival two queen beds were ready to go with the sofa bed still folded up as a sofa. I opened the sofa bed to find no pillows and blankets or appropriate sheets. I headed down for dinner and spoke with the front deck and was told house keeping would take care of the bed issue. After I returned from dinner I found a couple of pillows and some sheets and a blanket stacked in a pile on the bed. I proceeded to try and make the bed. Sheets and blanket did not fit. Had to make the best of it. In the morning I contacted front desk and explained the problem. When I returned that afternoon I found the bed made up somewhat with a blanket that didn’t fit. I was the only one using the bed and made the best of it. I also had a problem with blinds in the unit. None of them worked as designed with wall buttons. They would not work. Repairman came up with an electrical remote device to open blinds a bit. Other than those problems everything else worked. I would say that house keeping is not up to standard. Did not replace used coffee or clean a slightly used kitchen.

Amazing!!!!!!

It was my husbands weekend birthday get away and I am so happy I picked this hotel! It was a great weekend! The staff is so nice and the breakfast is so good! Loved the full kitchen in my king suit! The only thing I wished there was another bathroom so people didn’t have to go in and out of the room we had in our room! I would definitely recommend! Across from the delta center and lots of beautiful walking to do!

We had tickets to the Utah hockey game at the Delta Centre which is literally a 1 minute walk away! Parking was easy! The hotel was exceptionally comfortable in every way! We loved staying here !
