I was informed that a $10 parking fee was required for my rental vehicle. It was never listed on the expedia description before when we booked or during the stay in any fine print....Anywhere... I told the check in clerk this and was told that if we signed up for Hyatt rewards, they would waive the $10 parking fee. This was manipulative and unprofessional to make up a fake fee to get us to sign up for their rewards program.

This hotel is closely located to the SLC Airport, has a free shuttle, had a wonderful warm breakfast included and our room far exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend.
