Lied about having a hotel shuttle so tack on a $15 Uber ride to whatever price they tell you - or just don't deal with fraudsters. I'm confident I'll need to update this with something else terrible as is always the case with penny-pinching, feckless managers. And I was right ... Breakfast was plain biscuits, some mini muffins and a gallon of milk in a bowl with ice. No lotion in the bathroom but there is soap you have to pump out by the drop and sink-side shampoo! The toilet is almost unflushable and the tp is in a position only a contortionist could reach. Windows let it so much light, even at night, that I has to use all the pillows and sheets from one of my beds to block it all. Does all this deserve one star? No, but I'm trying to balance out the obviously fake 5 star reviews because trust me, NOBODY is giving this place 5 stars. Oh, and as to location - they found an empty field of dirt and built two hotels in the middle.

Reception agent’s shirt looked like she was an end of shift diesel mechanic. I had preregistered but had to fill out all paperwork anyway. I asked about it and she blamed me for not pre registering properly. Maybe so, but poor form to shame guests. She could not do the form for our parking and told us to show up early for our 5:30a.m. shuttle and do it this morning clerk. Room with all the charm and furnishings of freshman dorm. TV did not work, she said she would call “a guy.” Guy didn’t answer phones or text. Close to an hour later she informed us guy was still 10-15 minutes away. She was not willing/able to move us to a different room. We checked out and moved to La Quinta. Microtel at this location is mediocre at best and if the room were comped, it would still not be worth it for I’m competent, rude, unhelpful service. Will not use this property again.
