Quaint Downtown Condo

Bright & beautiful 1 bedroom downtown condo with full bath, laundry & kitchen. 20 mins on Trax from the SLC airport. Easy walk to Temple Square, Salt Palace Convention Center, City Creek Mall and Vivint SmartHome Arena. Professionally cleaned every time. A cozy, peaceful, great downtown spot!

There is a coffeemaker and a microwave in the kitchen. The living area includes a TV with Netflix, YouTube TV and Disney+, DVD player and misc movies. High-speed wireless internet is included. The bathroom comes stocked with blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face soap and clean towels. You will also find detergent and dryer sheets on top of the washing machine if you need to do some laundry!

Guests have access to the whole condo. There is one secured parking space, and a short walk to public transportation (Trax and bus line). Temple Square and City Creek mall are within walking distance 2 blocks away. The condo is very close to I-15 with easy access to ski resorts in less than 40 minutes (such as Park City or Cottonwood Canyon).

There is a Smartlock on the door, so you can check in at your convenience! The code is changed between each guest, so you can trust you will be safe and secure during your stay.

Generally speaking this is a very popular space with around 100% occupancy, so check in is after 3pm and check out is before 11am in order for the cleaners to prepare for the next guest. But if you need to check in earlier or check out later please contact me and we can work something out!

I love this place! It's in a fantastic, charming Salt Lake City neighborhood. Right at the edge of downtown, it feels quiet and peaceful while still being close to the energy of the city.

Five minute walk to downtown Salt Lake City.
One block from the BLUE & GREEN Trax line- the closest stop is the Temple Square Station.

The Green Trax line takes about 20 minutes and is very easy to maneuver. It's a few dollars for a one-way, direct trip from the Airport to the condo.

Salt Lake City is a pretty conservative town and the other tenants are sensitive to the smell of smoke in or near the building. If you would like to smoke I would just ask that you do so farther away than you normally might. The Maverick next door is a great option- they have outdoor benches and it's a great spot for people watching!

Great place to stay!

The location is wonderful, the condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The host was communicative, helpful and accommodating. So much better than staying in a hotel. We were there for a volleyball tournament and could make our own food, wash clothes and were just a 5-7 minute walk to the convention center and all the good stuff like the mall and grocery.

Nice Apartment Close to Downtown

The apartment was perfect for my stay in SLC. The location was great for getting around without a car. It was easy to get to and from the airport using TRAX and lots of places were within walking distance or short TRAX ride. The building is in a quiet spot and had everything I needed.

Great location, needs refresh.

We spent two days here and found the location to be very good. It was great to have secured parking and all access instructions were clear. The apartment itself needs to be thoroughly cleaned, painted and the kitchen area needs a complete remodel. Poorly painted old cupboards, dishes not really clean (coffee stains in mugs, etc.), the stove was not clean (food on foil lining burner pans. Moved the couch to find an outlet for phone charger and it appeared no one had cleaned there for a year. Just an overall dingy feeling.

Close to The Salt Palace Convention Center

The location is great! I stayed here since it was close to the Salt Palace Convention Center. You can easily walk there. I didn’t have a car so I can’t comment on the parking situation in back. I either walked, rode a scooter or took an Uber around town. I didn’t hear a lot of noise from neighbors like other reviewers mentioned. Maren was very responsive and answered all my questions before hand. The bedroom has the biggest round mirror that I’ve ever seen! 🙂 Cons: -You hear a lot of road noise and traffic. The heater/fan unit that is kept in the closet helped mask that. - It could use some basic maintenance and a deep cleaning. The vent in the bathroom was coming out of the ceiling, and part of the ceiling was falling down in the shower. The dishwasher latch where you put the pod in would not close and the dishwasher was not fastened to the cabinet. - It would be nice to have some kitchen dish cloths and dish soap in the kitchen. There was an old used dried up sponge and a scrubbing brush in the sink. - The extra pillows in the closet need laundering. Overall, I did enjoy my stay. It just needs a little touching up here and there.

We stayed for a sisters weekend in SLC at this cutie! Super convenient and wonderful accommodations. Easy to get to our concert, the freeway, and anything downtown we wanted to do. Highly recommend!

My partner and I had an amazing time at this property. It was very clean, the perfect size for the two people, and cozy. More importantly, Maren was an incredible host. So nice and quick to respond to any messages during our stay. We had everything we needed, including a free and safe parking spot, blankets, space heaters, and towels! I would definitely recommend this property/host to anyone visiting Salt Lake City.

The condo is located very close to the convention center. The check in process was easy, and the host was very responsive to questions. While the building is a bit older and not in perfect repair, the condo itself was clean and inviting. The kitchen was stocked with coffee and a selection of spices and cookware. I’d stay here again!

Perfect downtown spot

Overall, this was a perfect place to stay especially if you’re looking to enjoy everything downtown has to offer. It was in such an easy and safe walking distance to restaurants, event centers, and the quick trip to the gas station next door for last night snacks. The apartment was clean and well kept. It had all the items we needed while we stayed. The property manager was wonderful and very accommodating to us to make this a very smooth trip. We appreciated it so much.

Maren is a lovely hostess. Very communicative and kind. The apartment is well located and sitting the downtown free zone for public transit. This is the right choice for my week working from my company’s SLC office. Note that the stove is electric.

The apartment is very dated except for bathroom. Floors creek when you walk. Bed is worse - can’t move with a lot of noise. Mattress and pillows need replaced. Perfect location however! Convenient check in and out. Owner is very responsive. Decor is cute. Rug was dirty!

It was great! I hope you got my email when we left around 11am. My email said it was delivered till after 2! I am sorry, if that happened. You were awesome. The tv would not connect to internet though. It seemed to far from router? We watched a movie from your collection. All in all 5 stars. I will be recommending this unit to stay in.
