Staff manager very nice and helpful Shower head broken , directv had to be reset to get channel's to work, phone in roomm broken, old carpet, placw looka very old and run down. Its not a 3 star hotel, Bunch of contractors staying there in a big truck hogging up the main entrance

We tired to check in a couple of hours early and were told we had to pay $30. Ive never had that response. When we did check in it took 15 minutes even though i immediately handed them my ID and Credit card. It didn't have an elevator but they gave me a cart but didn't tell us that was the case. We walked all over the first floor looking for one because no one had stayed at the front desk. Hair dryer didn't work. The toilet didn't flush and when we told the front desk they texted someone that never showed up so we had to fix it ourselves. Breakfast buffet was awful Worse than most breakfast, it was a continental breakfast at best. To top it off the side door was accessible with out a card put in the card reader.

Wouldn't stay here again

The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. The side doors were left open. The pictures on the website did not look at all like our room. There was no elevator which was not stated. Traveling with a baby and car seat, stroller, portable crib, etc. was not easy getting to the room. The whole hotel had a bad smell.

Incompetent staff

Made my reservation 3 weeks in advance and showed up at 2330 at night after a long flight to be told they couldn’t find my reservation. I had an itinerary number and proof of payment and they couldn’t find it. I had to leave and find another place to stay at midnight. Come to find out, the person who assisted me was not looking in the correct system to find my reservation. Will not stay again.

Not good maintenance or service.

Arriving at the hotel at nearly 9PM after a long flight I was hoping to get a good night's sleep before driving home the next day. I sat down on the bed and was surprised when it slid back about 6 inches. going to the other side of the bed I pushed it back in place and the panel to the right side fell first on my head and glasses and then on my right arm, bending my glasses so badly that when I went into the eye dr the next day, they were unable to bend them back straight enough making it so that I needed to order a new set of glasses to the amount of $325. There is a mark on the wall where apparently this panel has fallen before. There is no residue on the floor near the gouge making it clear that it has been there for a while (Has the panel fallen before?) there are 2 screws in the panel as well as holes in the wall where the screws should have been. I immediately went to the front desk to report this, left my name and phone number and the desk clerk came back to the room to see what had happened. I have waited 2 days for a call from the manager but as of yet have heard nothing. If this is an example of the quality of service and maintenance that is in this hotel then I won't be coming back for another visit.
