The newly renovated room was nice, still not complete though. missing light switch covers, lightbulbs, new furniture already broken. But outside of the room the place was a disaster! They are remodeling but good luck navigating through the construction in the place! Most rooms on the floor we stayed at were all under construction. I understand working around a remodel, but this place should not be open in the state that it's in!

NEVER AGAIN!!!

They advertise an airport shuttle, and I called to request this service about ten minutes before 10pm, and was told no shuttles after 10 pm. They refused to pick us up, so we again had to pay extra for an Uber. I pre-paid through the app for a much higher quality room, but was forced to take a crappy, dirty room with no refund of the difference, and I had to pay a pet fee on top.

This property is in terrible shape. The room I was assigned, night stand was broken and laying on its side. Light switch in the bathroom didn’t have a cover over it, exposing you to electric shock! The bed covers were covered in stains, I mean covered, it was gross. The price was inexpensive compared to others in the area, but this property was a dump!

Scum of the earth, run.

I booked the room stating that I am traveling with cats and got confirmation that we could stay. They didn’t call me or cancel my booking knowing I am traveling with cats. Their policy stated they allow 2 pets (doesn’t specify dogs or cats). I show up with my toddler and 2 cats to check in and they refuse to check me in because they “don’t allow cats” and won’t even refund my stay. I showed them their policy doesn’t state that. They still left me, my toddler, and 2 cats stranded with no where to stay in the middle of the night. Please don’t stay at a hotel that treats a mom traveling with a toddler and 2 cats in below freezing weather like this. They are despicable and should be ashamed of themselves.

Would never stay there again

The place is rundown. Bed is uncomfortable with no cushioning. Pillows were horrible. Lumpy and smelly. Sign says you can't even have visitors. Not impressed. Will not stay there again. Front desk staff was okay. Shuttle driver was great!!
