we spent 10 days here. most of our honeymoon we found this place last minute. the other place we had scheduled to stay, would not allow us to check-in, the evening after our wedding we were greatful to have an option in somewhat familiar neighborhood area after the lightbulb was replaced in the bathroom things were easier to manage. I am grateful they allowed me husband to swap that out himself, instead of needing to wait several days otherwise the blackout curtains were more like constellations. fabric worn through with many small holes the blankets were very slippery. we decided we will never own blankets made out of that fabric one of the staff acted like they didn’t recognize us when we came back a few days in, they wanted to check us in again. that was not expected the small fridge, froze some of our food the cleaning lady was extra friendly when we passed her in the hallways. that was really appreciated after this stay, we decided places with actual kitchen inside the unit, works better for us.

EXCELLENT location or ski / board access to both Big and Little Cottownwood resorts, plus Park City! Decently clean, friendly staff, exceptional value -- compared to rates at Park City! close to ton of dining and shopping options

Royal Inn is great for a pet friendly hotel. The linens are outdated, but clean. The front desk is helpful. The only thing is the traffic if others at the side door, but just walk out with a German shepherd and they disappear.

Had to leave a review since most are bad, but the staff is extremely friendly especially housekeeping, you can tell it's a family ran motel and they have to put up with a not so friendly crowd but wasn't charged a deposit would definitely stay again

Hotel was a good value for what I needed. They unfortunately house homeless people there so there’s some creepy people walking through the back of the lobby. I would never send a female there.
