Exceeded all our requirements

This is a fantastic condo which is well equipped, very nicely decorated and beautifully maintained. We had a query about the Roku TV, to which the owners responded very quickly by personally purchasing and installing an additional antenna. All white goods worked perfectly, as did the heating. Some initial concerns about being woken up by morning daylight whilst sleeping on the drop-down bed, were proven to be quite unnecessary, as I slept extremely well. The location was convenient for skiing at both Deer Valley (40 mins) and Alta (30 mins), with a fabulous Wal-Mart Supercentre and a Sprouts Market very close by. We loved our week’s stay and would be very happy to rebook should we visit SLC again.

Great palce to stay

Everything at the condo was great. A very comfortable and well appointed place. Plenty of condiments, spices and utensils for easy cooking. The owners left popcorn, cookies, water and more for guests. Communication was great. Over all a very nice experience.

Great accommodation

My wife and I spent time skiing in the immediate area and found this condo to be very convenient to all resorts. In the past we have stayed in the Park City area which made our drive to Solitude and Snowbird longer. This place is right in the middle and very convenient to all resorts. The managers/owners were incredibly helpful and accommodating and made for a great visit. The condo has all kinds of supplies so I would suggest you have a look before you go to the grocery store. They supplied treats, coffee, condiments, beverages, bathroom supplies, etc. The place was spotless and beautiful with a wonderful fireplace for the evenings and, watching a movie while lounging in the sectional was a great way to rest up for the next day on the mountain. There is a nice little downtown area (Holladay) a short distance away with a brand new downtown full of very nice restaurants and shops including an upscale grocery. If your looking for a place that is a short drive to everything, including downtown, this is a perfect choice.

Great Location

A very comfortable and clean place , it was perfect for me. A quiet and convenient location to downtown Salt Lake as well as the Canyons . Centrally located. Perfect Place to stay

My hubby and I stayed here over a long weekend while visiting our daughter who is attending school in UT. It is the perfect condo and has lots of great amenities (a murphy bed in the living room, a swimming pool available in-season, a well stocked kitchen/bathroom with necessities to make the stay comfortable. The owner Kim is a wonderful host and has lots of info ready when you arrive, including a list of activities available in the local area (some in walking distance!) as well as recommendations for restaurants and other services. We also had a quick question upon arriving and Kim responded quickly. The ambiance is so nice, we decided to eat dinner in the condo several nights during our short say and just hung out with our daughter. She loved having a cozy spot to "chill out" and unwind. We couldn't have asked for anything better and plan to stay here again soon.

Utah Family Wedding Trip

This is a very beautiful and comfortable property. My son and I flew from Indiana and stayed here while in Salt Lake City. We have everything we need and quite a few surprise treats. There was cookies, microwave popcorn and soda. It has everything from full size body wash, shampoo & Conditioner, body lotion, etc. If you forgot to bring something. I'm sure it's available in this condo. Love my stay here, it felt like home. Kim & Bill are excellent host and ensures your needs are met while staying here. I plan to stay here on my future visits to SLC.

Relaxing Retreat

This was a convenient and spacious retreat for me! Loved generous glimpses of mountains from the bedroom and living area. Comfortable bed, walk in closet, and bathroom with all amenities made for a lovely stay. The large work table and printer/copier were a great bonus! The host took great care to make sure all my needs were met!

So much better than listing!

The photos don’t do this properly justice. Gorgeous space, beautifully decorated, endless special touches and every need accounted for and many I didn’t even realize I needed until I did during my 3 week stay. Owners are wonderful communicators, super speedy in responding and checked in often. Ive stayed at a lot of HomeAway and other type properties and never stayed anywhere nearly as wonderful. Easy checkin, LOVE the keyless entry, pool was a great quiet way to relax every day, great location near everything and super quiet. The bed was even more comfortable than my bed at home and the couch was so perfect for lounging and even daytime naps. Grilled a few times and cooked lots of meals. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.
