- Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is located on the front porch facing the front entrance, and camera 2 is located on the side of the home facing the driveway. We rented this home for a family weekend with our kids and grandkids. We had a wonderful time together, but the layout was not what we expected based on the listing.This is not one large “mansion.” It’s a regular house with an indoor pool building added on. Two of the nine bedrooms are not connected to the main home — they are above the pool area, and you have to walk through the movie theatre and into the pool building to reach them. Because they were so far away, we couldn’t put grandkids there.The bathroom count is also misleading. Two of the eight bathrooms are located in the pool building. Inside the main house, there are four full bathrooms and two half baths, so we had to rearrange sleeping areas to avoid showering in the pool area.The kitchen is very small for a property meant to host a large group. However, the big kitchen table was a highlight — we spent most of our time there playing games and enjoying each other.The kids loved the indoor pool, and we made great memories, but guests should know the true layout. A diagram in the listing would be very helpful. This home may not meet expectations for families wanting all nine bedrooms and eight bathrooms connected in one main living space.

The property is huge! Lots of space and very noise friendly despite so many ppl staying at one place. The kids loved the pool and enjoyed the game room downstairs. The rooms attached to the theater room were not explained to be attached in the description and that layout wasn’t great but we made it work. The backyard pictures showed a beautiful large green grassy area which we picked bc we were a soccer team and wanted that space for practice and warm ups but it was actually dumped rocks and weeds. But overall we’d stay there again as the space was great and the pool and game room were a highlight.

Great time!

House was more than enough for our smaller crew. Amenities were all there and even the small issue with spa control was fixed quite quickly and did not hinder our enjoyment one bit. Overall we all enjoyed our stay immensely and would definitely stay again if in the area.

Was what we needed

House seems a bit outdated, and I tripped over the fountain system in the house upon getting inside because it was left out. One of the closet doors came off the hinge as soon as I opened it. However, the house was spacious and great besides those little things.

Although there are some good things about this place the description is misleading and not worth the price. Some problems we had include:-Bedrooms 8 and 9 (the ones with twin bunk beds each) were not bedrooms. They were located above the pool house separate from the main living area and were more like dingy closets than actual bedrooms. There was no good place to put clothes or personal items. To use the bathroom you had to walk downstairs to use pool bathroom. Ok for fraternity type groups but not acceptable for couples, grandparents, or families. --The hot tub jets did not work despite attempted repair by repairman.--Sauna did not work. Attempted repair and fuse replacement by repairman partially helped. --General household items were outdated or broken, including but not limited to dining room chair with broken seat, blinds broken, coffee maker broken, bathroom door lock broke while guest was locked inside, basketball game broken.--Mattresses for the full size bunks and twin beds were not comfortable. Guests could feel metal springs inside mattress and were very squeaky. --We had to waste time contacting owner and having repairman come to house instead of enjoying vacation.The good:--king and queen beds were good--large dining area is nice for hosting family dinner and socializing--pool and living areas were clean--laundry/drier worked--Kitchen ok--host initially responsive and sent repairman and offered to pay for new coffee maker.

Extended Family get together

So much fun to have everyone in the extended family be able to stay under one roof. Many fun things to do in this house: the pool, games, movie room and the Jordan River Trail right there.
