Worst experience ever!

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel and I travel a lot. Last minute trip picked this place for location, price and availability. BUYER BEWARE! Many problems with this hotel. No soap in the room, hot water not working, next morning toilet overflowed and flooded the room. We were assigned another room and tub was not draining. After so many calls to the front desk for help they suggested we leave immediately and if we didn’t, they would call the police. Instead of acknowledging the plumbing issues and all the problems we were having they threw me and my daughter out on a Friday night at 9:30 we had no place to go. We had to find a hotel in the late evening while it was raining. I can’t stress enough that you should not stay at this hotel. It is really bad and the ratings on hotel.com are LIES!!! There is no way this hotel can have a rating higher than 1 or -1. Read all reviews not just the best ones. Those don’t seem real. This place should not be part of the Clarion family. BAIT AND SWITH!

Not the worst place to stay. Pro - lots of areas to walk dogs. Con - they're trashy and poopy. Pro - clean comfortable bedding. Con - no hot water most of our stay! Super inconvenient, enough to not want to stay here again. The staff was really nice and helpful though. Was also nice having a place to grab food/drinks without leaving the hotel. Was the cheapest place I could find and the dogs only cost $10/each which was my main reason for booking here. It's hard to justify staying somewhere else that costs twice as much for one night but when it comes to having hot water and a clean tub to relax in, it's worth it to me. So will have to pass on this place in the future.

This is very close to the airport which is why I chose it. The breakfast was really good with cold and hot options. We had a quiet stay in a comfortable bed. Paul checked us in and out and was very hospitable.

I have been staying at this hotel for my work trips over the past 2 years and have nothing but good things to say about the staff and the hotel. They truly put forth the effort to ensure that their guests have the best stay possible. They are prompt, attentive, polite, friendly, and always have a smile on their face. On one occasion, the nighttime front desk staff noticed I had several bags to carry on my own and ensured I had a first floor room without me even suggesting anything. Another time I forgot a valuable item and they contacted me immediately to come pick it up. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet. They have a large desk to do my work comfortably. I bring my own food, and the full size fridge, microwave and kitchenette are perfect for my needs. Breakfast options are healthy and the Indian restaurant on site has delicious food as well. The price is excellent. My only suggestion is for improvement of the fitness room. I suggest to repair or replace the treadmills and the elliptical and to have cleaning wipes/solution in the room. Both treadmills skip and seem to be a hazard and the elliptical doesn't adjust resistance very well. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and will continue to stay here in the future.
