Changed my reservation without notice

I reserved a suite with two queen beds as I was traveling with another male person and separate beds were essential. The gave us a room with one bed and refused any accommodation. We could not get another room nearby, and the person traveling with me had to sleep on a couch with no bedding. He used the two skimpy towels they gave us for blankets. The hotel was full of a junior high girls dance troupe and was very noisy. Our stay was a nightmare. Had they given me notice ahead of time of their downgrading of my suite, I would have had time to make other lodging arrangements. I will never stay at this property again.

I came to visit friends. My stay was absolutely wonderful. The room was nice, clean and a beautiful view of the mountains. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it.

Stayed here a few times. It's a very well maintained and ran hotel.It is convenient location near the hospital, shopping, dining, and Trax station. Breakfast has a nice selection and the food is pretty good.

I was so great all they had dairy free creamer for my coffee. I know it sounds like a small thing, but it is very hard when I travel to find that available. They had other options for people that had food, allergies or food sensitivities that meant a lot to me.
