At the base of the Cottonwood Canyons. We have taken extra precautions to carefully sanatize! Home to 4 wold class ski resorts, Snowbird, Alta, Solitude and Brighton. Close freeway access, short drive to Park City and Deer Valley. Located on a secluded wooded private lane. Modern rustic design. Private parking. Brand new upscale furniture. Comfortable beds. Access to a large landscaped lot. Close to parks, high end restaurants and upscale grocery stores.

Our Quaint guesthouse is in the much desirable area of Holladay. It has great views of Mt. Olympus, Big and Little Cottonwood Canyon. We are 2 miles away from downtown Holladay where there are restaurants and Harmons grocery store. Down the street from us is the local well know grocery store called The Store. They are known for their tasty meats, quality produce and the best fresh salsa in town. Located adjacent to I-215. There are 2 sides to the guesthouse with a laundry room that separates each unit.

I thought the Queen bed was extremely comfortable. Host was Great! Kitchen had everything. Nice and cozy Studio. No alarm clock which was frustrating! Also, my third night it got cold. Could NOT adjust the thermostat. Had to sleep in socks feet got cold in room that night, not being able to raise heat!

I really enjoyed staying here, it’s in a great neighborhood and I felt really safe and comfortable while here. I enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen and newness of everything. One drawback is it’s right next to the freeway so there is extra road noise especially while outside. Overall I would recommend this place to everyone.

This house is incredible! It is perfectly secluded and in one of the best spots in Utah, if you’re looking for a place near local watering holes and the ski resort’s - stay here! Also close freeway access. Liz was a super responsive host and I had everything I needed.

Got To Wash My Clothes

We enjoyed our stay. The location was good, not to far from anything we wanted to see. It was wonderful to be able to wash our clothes after 2 weeks of traveling. There was a large washer and dryer!!!

It's close to everything, hiking, skiing, shopping, etc. Dane and Liz are very friendly and make you feel at home.There's a folder with suggestions for restaurants, etc in the area. Perfect weekend retreat

Room was amazing! Comfortable bed, clean linens and kitchen. It was great having a laundry area attached, but not in the room itself, so the noise from the appliances didn’t keep us awake. Beautiful neighborhood. Will definitely be staying again on our next trip out here!

The guest house is across the driveway from the main house, but it still felt very private. Leaving in the morning was always great because the views of the mountains are wonderful!

Studio set up

Quiet neighborhood, close to hiking and the Wasatch Mountains just beautiful. Salt Lake city an easy drive. Owners on site making it easy for communication. There were some unforeseen plumbing issues but the owners were available and accommodating. If in the area I would stay there again.
