Relaxing Mountain Get Away

Completely renovated in 2010, this charming mountain house has the conveniences you need for a relaxing weekend. This home is just above the town of Saluda. A short walk to good restaurants and lots of shopping. In the the winter enjoy the fireplace and in the warmer months enjoy the large porch. Saluda is conveniently located 15 minutes from Hendersonville and 40 minutes from Biltmore and Asheville.

Quiet yet close to town

Eva's place was in an ideal location about 2 blocks from town. It had everything you would need, was clean and in a quiet location. We would definitely stay there again if in the area.

This is a great place to relax and enjoy the mountains. Great location, easy walk to downtown Saluda. Great porch for reading, coffee and visiting with friends. We love the wood burn fireplace when weather permits! Eva is the best! Thank you!

Wonderful as always

Always love staying in this beautiful, comfortable and convenient home. Probably a 4 minute walk to Saluda’s Main Street. Big, comfortable screen porch. Quiet neighborhood. Always a relaxing experience.

Fall Beauty

Quaint and cozy mountain house in perfect proximity to downtown Saluda. Everything you need for a relaxing visit is all there, just light the fire! A Great Stay

We had a good experience! The house was tidy and it was easy to find what we needed. We had good communication beforehand and the check in was straightforward but the house was a little hard to find when we arrived in the dark. We appreciated the tucked away seclusion though! A problem with the microwave was addressed quickly and to our satisfaction. Property is easy walking distance to everything in historic downtown Saluda.

Perfect Property

We have stayed here a number of times and it is our favorite Saluda cottage! Eva is a wonderful host with a charming cottage. Normally we visit in warmer weather and can enjoy the porches. This visit we enjoyed the fireplace! We love it and will continue to return!

Nice get-away!

Very nice house in quiet location. Walking distance to downtown Saluda. Nice to be able to walk to dinner and the sunset was gorgeous from the screened in porch. It was too cold to sit on the the porch but I bet it’s lovely when the temperature cooperates. Kitchen was fully stocked and bedrooms were comfortable. We drove to hike but there are several in area that are close to Saluda. Saw a couple of bugs in the house but this area is considered ‘the south’ and bugs are pretty common. The owner was really great to work with and very responsive. Overall a great and relaxing stay. Thank you!
