OTHER SERVICES:

- The building has an outdoor rooftop pool, air-conditioned gym, playground, coworking space, and games room.

- Laundry is charged separately, via a dedicated app.

- The jacuzzi and massage room can only be used with an appointment scheduled in advance with reception. (We do not have a masseuse).

- The gourmet area can be reserved by paying directly to the building administration.

CHECK-IN

- All guests are required to provide photo identification to gain access to the property. At check-in, the property will be checked at reception and Face ID will be applied.

BEEHOST PROVIDES THESE ITEMS FOR YOUR ARRIVAL

The property will be provided with a basic linen kit: a sheet and lining for each bed, a blanket or bedspread, pillows and a towel for each guest. (If you are interested in replacements, they will be charged separately. Contact us)

You will find on site: soaps, face towels, bathroom floor tiles, toilet paper, sponge. (Replacement of these is the guest's responsibility)

The guest will receive a clean property for check-in. Regardless of the number of days, we do not offer free cleaning, as our daily rates are discounted according to the number of days booked. (If you require extra cleaning, it will be charged separately. Please contact us)

LOCATION RESTRICTIONS

- Loud music is prohibited

- Parties and events are prohibited

- Visitors and people not listed on the reservation are prohibited

- PETS are prohibited

- Smoking is prohibited

IMPORTANT NOTES

- Glass, crockery and sound equipment are not permitted in the pool area, which is closed on Mondays for maintenance, and the day may be changed at the discretion of the building management

- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee or seasonings, as these are personal food items.

- All guests must send their identification document at least 2 business days before check-in. The administrative departments are normally open on weekdays, from Monday to Friday until 5 pm. Therefore, we ask for advance notice to avoid inconvenience to the guest, difficulties or impediments to check-in.

- Changing the number of guests is subject to an additional charge.

- We provide guests with an allowance of 10 kWh of energy per day. If you use electrical appliances responsibly, this consumption will not be reached, but if you exceed it, we will charge you for the excess after check-out. Rate of R$1.20 per kWh.
