We take care of the house with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

**Energy and water consumption will be charged at the end of the stay;

**A deposit of R$1,000.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

The composition of the rooms is as follows:

Suite 1: 2 single bunk beds, split air conditioning, curtain and closet;

Suite 2: 1 double bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain and wardrobe;

Suite 3: 1 double bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain and closet.

**The grills can only be used in bookings longer than 07 days (condominium rule)**
