There’s also an outdoor shower and half-bath for added convenience. Also on this level are two bedrooms: a king room with an attached game room and office area and a room with two new pyramid bunk beds that share a full bathroom. Three more bedrooms occupy the mid-level, including a king master and two queen masters, all with ensuite baths. The final bedroom, an ensuite king master is on the top level. All of the bedrooms feature Smart TVs and access to the multi-level decks to enjoy the Outer Banks breezes and star-filled skies.

A spacious, open floor plan defines the living space of the top level, where new living room furniture anchor the great room’s relaxing ambience. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
