Great location, right across the street from samana bay ports. You can book a tour to go whale watching or to some beautiful beaches and all you have to do is cross the street. Breakfast is delicous, typical dominican breakfast, mangu, salami, fried cheese, but also has some waffle pancakes eggs, fresh fruit. Facility is brand new, very clean

Front desk personal that receive me without a name tag was a pregnant lady was very rude and unprofessional also treated me the guest with no respect putting in doubt the who I was and other thing , but thankfully they other front desk girl a very polite and nice and sweet young girl was able to take care of me and my husband.

I liked the view from the balcony of the bay, the room was nice and mordern . During the night is very noisy from the young locals racing their motorcycles up and down the street infront of the hotel.

Place is gorgeous. Rooftop pool, and bar exceptional. Only negative the shower water was nit hot or even warm. Maybe lukewarm.

This hotel is very nice - the rooms were spacious and clean. The front desk staff generally lacked interest and weren't overly friendly. The waiting staff at breakfast were excellent. The breakfast food was fantastic. The big issue here was the noisiness. The view facing the marina was fantastic but sitting out on the patio even in the evening was incredibly noisy, so noisy we usually found we had to go inside in order to have a conversation. (The noise is from the traffic and the very noisy moto-bikes that going roaring by.) The level of noise would be enough to make me not book again. This is unfortunately something the hotel can't do much about.

I highly recommend this property. The view from our room was spectacular. The free breakfast was very delicious! It was a perfect location.
