Amazing service

I have only the best recommendation for this property. The room was exceptionally clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, the terrace restaurant food was very nice and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to return to this hotel.

Hotel heeft een centrale ligging. Kamers zijn niet erg schoon en het ziet er verouderd uit. Een renovatie is nodig. Ze hebben een restaurant, maar de prijzen zijn absurd. Personeel is niet echt geïnteresseerd in de klanten. Er is een valet parking beschikbaar. Ze nemen je auto mee, maar bij het ophalen ben je op jezelf gewezen. Niemand brengt je auto, geven je de richting van de parking en je mag zelf je bagage dragen naar de auto.

Otelin konumu merkezi, manzarası güzel ama yüzmek isterseniz en az 10 dakika araçla yol gitmeniz gerekiyor. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımcı oluyorlar. Kahvaltı güzel ve bol seçenekli, yiyeceklerin lezzeti iyi. Otelin kendisi çok eski. Klima sezon değil diye çalışmıyor kumandası yok, çalışanlar veremeyiz diyorlar ama bizim kaldığımız tarihlerde hava çok sıcaktı ve klima şarttı. Banyonun havalandırması olmadığı için içi çok ağır rutubet kokuyordu.

Hotel konumu çok pratik ve ulaşımı kolay. Ançak çalışan personal pek profesyonel değil. Özellikle Mine Hanım check-in’deki basıt bir islemini gerçekleştiremedi çok üzücü bir durum.

Dårlig service og stank på værelserne

Vi kom som et par, og fik et værelse med to separate senge. De startede med at sige, at de ikke havde flere værelser tilbage, og at vi skulle finde ud af det indbyrdes med den anden familie som vi var ankommet med. Desuden var der en mærkelig lugt på værelserne, en blanding af røg og fugt.
