I would not recommend staying at this hotel. My experience was disappointing from the start. I had to change rooms multiple times because the air conditioning units were broken, no hot water in the shower which made the stay very uncomfortable. The overall condition of the building was poorly maintained, giving the impression that it hasn’t been properly cared for in a long time.
Although the property advertises itself as all-inclusive, the food was not consistently available. Items ran out quickly, and staff made no effort to replenish them. On top of that, making a dinner reservation at the hotel’s own restaurant was extremely difficult, which made the “all-inclusive” claim feel misleading.
Customer service was also a major issue. The reception staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, and when I tried contacting the hotel prior to arrival, no one ever responded. To make matters worse, the tour packages sold on-site were three times more expensive than identical ones offered just outside the hotel.
Overall, the combination of poor service, unkept facilities, lack of food availability, and inflated tour prices made this one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for a better value and more reliable stay.
