DO NOT BOOK HERE

It was horrible all of the 10 mins I was there . Walked into the hotel got our room keys, n our way to the room saw roaches and when we got into the room there were roaches! Only 2 pillows, asked for more but didn’t have . 2 towels. Couldn’t get more . So we went right back to the front and canceled! Never again will we stay there ! I talked to Hotels.com and they assured me that a refund would be placed back on my card . I haven’t seen it yet .

Rooms had mold in restroom knob was broken to shower sheets were dirty had roaches TV wasnt working properly and pool was disgusting the upstairs people loud all through the night alot of crackheads not really safe kids but the front desk lady was super cool and joked around with us at check in will NOT being staying here again

Can't recommend this place and won't be back

Checked in just before 3pm and did not have any towels in the room. We requested towels 3 times and did not receive any until 11:30pm. The door also did not secure tightly and the latch lock actually came unscrewed from the door. This left the door minimally locked, and we used a chair to secure more so we could sleep. Sleeping in an unsecured room in a city we were not familiar with is not ok. Also, for a chain hotel, the property is in need of major repair and cleaning.

Well, when a very first got there I got checked in and then asked her about the pool and she said the pool was broke so we couldn’t swim. I got to my first room it smelt like marijuana. It was so disgusting that I would not put my dog inso I and and they decided to give me another room, which was a halfway better, but the hairdryer didn’t work. The lights going into the bathroom was flickering like it had a short in the wiring and me and I had to ask her how you turn the TV on because it would not turn on with the remote so you had to go over there manually do it with the TV so for that being said, I will never stay there again

Convenient location but overall the room and hotel needs a good cleaning. The trash cans around the facility were not thrown out and they were extremely full and trash laying around the trash cans. The layout of the room was nice but needs a major clean from the walls, doors, couch and fridge (something was spilled in there and it wasn’t cleaned. One of the bed covers had holes in it and they were so thin that it felt like you were sleeping with just a sheet. Phone charger cords would not stay in the sockets. But, the young lady at the front desk when checking in was very nice.

Disappointed

The concrete steps were broken with a hole all the way through. There were no towels in the bathroom. The pool was full, but it was so filthy. You could not even see the bottom of the shallow end. When I ask about getting towels, it took almost 2 hours to get them. The breakfast was out of everything when we got there, which was still an hour and a half before it closed.On the plus side, the staff seemed courteous and helpful to the degree that they could be and they did grant me a one hour late check out so that I could make an appointment without feeling rushed.

The front door and bathroom doors were not lining up and had to be slammed to shut. Lights in the sink area not working. All the lamps were unplugged and when plugging them back in some outlets didn’t work. No tissue in the dispenser.

Bed bug infested! They put us in a room that they admitted that they knew was infested. No lock on inside door. Had to go get someone to unlock every time we returned. People wondering all hours and loud. Pool was gross.

Ordered non smoking, room was a fog of weed, they changed us to new room roach infested and black mold. It was so late exhausted from very long drive. Felt gross , sheets had stains so we slept in our regular clothes and used our own blankets and our own pillows. The towels had stains and not sure they had been washed. You get what you pay for. Also the free breakfast had no water or anything to drink except coffee. Juice machine down and no ice allegedly to bring water or juice. I’m so shocked 😳 Don’t stay here!!!!

Nastiest hotel in town. Don't ever consider here.

Everything was filthy. There were dirty towels wadded up in the floor of the closet ... No clean towels or wash rags in bathroom. Bedding was stained. No toilet paper in the bathroom ... no toilet paper holder. Arms of sofa were stained and torn. The room stank. The pool was green and unkempt. The hotel had not been maintained at all. The concrete steps leading upstairs were broken and unsteady...unsafe to ascend on. The area around the steps were littered with cigarette butts and debris.

There was hair all over the sheets and towels. The bathroom floor was dirty and wet when we arrived.

This place has fallen on hard times. Used to be a fairly nice La Quinta, now is very run down. Understaffed. The pool was closed (and green and not looking too good anyway) and there was no breakfast Sunday morning ("No one showed up to cook"). Room was OK - musty smelling (probably been smoked in) but it was cool and quiet and dark (except for a light in the bathroom that "flickered" all night despite being turned off). It was very cheap - you get what you pay for.
