Our gorgeous one floor property features 3 bedrooms, two with king size beds (one with a Smart TV with free Netflix and local channels), one with a queen size bed (all with super comfortable linens and foam mattresses) and 2 full bathrooms (towels, hair dryer, shampoo and body wash provided). With central AC and heating you will rest well in every season.
Its open plan will allow you to relax in our spacious living room featuring a 60â Smart TV with free Netflix or have a family dinner in our 6 seat dining room. Cooking will be easy in our fully stocked kitchen which has a dishwasher as well as all the appliances and utensils you may need including basic condiments and a Nespresso coffee maker.
Enjoy the San Antonio weather in our large backyard that has a beautiful terrace with a dining table for 6 people and a gas/charcoal grill. Enjoy music with a Hifi Bluetooth sound system and stay connected with free high speed WiFi throughout the home. We also provide a Pack n Play and Highchair for your baby.
Check in will be a breeze and you will not have to worry about carrying keys with our Wifi digital keypad for access, feel safe while away with CCTV cameras pointed at all entrances (no sound). You will have access to a 2 car garage with one automatic and one manual door that houses a washer and dryer for your convenience. Additional parking space is available on the driveway and the street. A folding ping pong table located in the garage will make your stay even more fun.
The house is in a quiet and safe neighborhood with very fast access to all the main highways which will lead you easily to all of San AntonioÂŽs attractions. Within a 5-10 minute drive you will find shopping centers (Ingram park mall), supermarkets (Walmart, Target), tons of restaurants, plenty of entertainment options (cinemas, Main Event), fitness centers and a championship golf course. In 10-15 minutes you will reach Sea World and Lackland AFB. Only 20-25 minutes will get you to Six Flags, La Cantera, The RIM, Airport, The Riverwalk, Downtown, Northstar Mall, AT&T Center, San Antonio Zoo and the Alamodome.
In order to keep our home adequate for all guests parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited, access is allowed only for guests in the reservation and smoking is not allowed inside the house.
Feel free to bring your furry friends with you, we allow up to 2 dogs in the property as long as they are not left unattended inside and they do not make noise outside during the night, the backyard is fully fenced (6 ft tall) to keep them inside.
