The room was terrible. They had double booked. My family was woken up in the middle of the night with another guest trying to get in because they have been booked in that room. Also, the air conditioners didn’t work. They removed three times in the middle of the night and ended up in a room with a toilet that didn’t work. This is unacceptable and no monetary compensation was offered for all of the trouble.

Took 45 minutes to gwt oir room, stuck in the hot lobby with no airflow, elevators didnt work half the time, bathtub didnt drain had to stand in water, only one washcloth in a room with 2 beds, room stayed hot even though temperature was set at 60, no staff at check out to talk to, room wasnt that clean. Will never stay here again.

Facility lobby AC didn’t work. Room AC was inconsistent. 1 of 2 Elevators were out of service during the stay. Bathroom was missing protective plastic sheet so water puddled in bathroom for every shower. 2/4 washing machines worked 1/4 dryers worked.

We were happy with everything except the temperature in the room. Thermostat said 73, but the unit was set to 69…and the temperature never went down. Therefore the unit was on continuously and it was louder than we would have liked. Nonetheless, we would stay here again.
