The hotel is absolutely comfortable, getting to the hotel is a little difficult currently because of traffic and construction, but other than that, the hotel is great!

Very nice and breakfast was good. The only reason I would consider another hotel is because the elevators are very very long to wait on. The elevator wait times is the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

There was construction on the highways so getting into the lot was a bit of a mess at certain times but overall great location, love the security and parking along with the quick access to many restaurants, shops, and entertainment facilities. The staff was kind and the amenities were great!

Beautiful hotel, but lousy construction ordeal.

The hotel is excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the hotel is trendy. BUT there is major highway construction going on and it was extremely difficult to get to the hotel on Saturday evening. It took us 3 hours to figure out how to maneuver the mess there in San Antonio. Unfortunately, this is going to go on for a few years. The traffic was horrendous. I realize this isn’t the hotel’s fault. But I won’t be staying in this area of SA any time soon.

Theirs demolition happening literally right at the road. The officer on duty there told me that the construction guys would be there all day and night breaking down the old overpass. Would have been nice to be notified about this but cant complain to much because i didnt get charged for a cancelation fee. Also, it took us another hour due to traffic to get to the hotel since theyve closed off majority od the road.

Won’t ever come again.

Horrible construction around hotel. Could hear Jack hammering as we slept. Bathroom sink’s water didn’t work. Drove around for an hour just trying to get into the hotel because of police barrages and traffic and construction. No water bottles on room. Felt more like a motel.
