There are 2 elevators but 1 was not working. They didn't even warn us. Instead we had to wait for long periods of time to catch the elevator.while talking to other visitors they said that both had been out for some time. These elevators only fit around 4 people at time.

I really like the location of this hotel. However, one of the elevators was out of service, which caused long wait times for the remaining one. This was frustrating, especially during busy hours when many guests needed to use it.

Very clean and friendly staff. I loved that there is gated parking. I was very impressed with the evening "snack or meal" time, as well as the breakfast! The entire place felt safe and quiet. My overall stay was fantastic!!! I joined as a member and will continue staying here in the future.

Elevators Broke Down

Got me checked in early….thanks! Only one of three elevators in service 🙁 Bed was to broke down for me to get a good nights sleep. The bed is what I pay for in any hotel. If it sucks, I wasted my money. The extras are great! The happy hour buffet and drinks plus a decent breakfast are time savers for travelers!
