We had a wonderful stay. Our family was able to have rooms next to each other, which the children and adults loved. The only downfal is the toilets are extremely low to the floor.

I can’t say enough about this hotel. I travel a lot for work and am so appreciative of a comfy and safe stay. The cherry on the top was the call I received after check in. I had left my wallet behind in my room and they were calling to let me know they had it for me. I am so thankful to the staff that found it and the sweet lady at the front desk who called and chatted with me when I arrived to pick it up. Whenever I’m in San Antonio I’ll for sure be staying at this hotel.

For the price it was not what I expected bed was hard, tub had a leak and bathroom smelled like mold this was after they switched my room because the couch was raveling apart and the bed was hard with wood falling underneath. I did like the fridenly employees and when my TV did not work they switched it right away. We have been to many Hilton Hotels this one needs an upgrade asap.

Second stay.

Got checked in to the hotel and the first room they gave me had small bugs so I went to the front desk and she accommodated me by switching my room. She was friendly and had no issue with my request. The second room was noticeably cleaner with no bugs. The breakfast had a variety of options and they were enjoyable. The gym at this hotel is well equipped with what is needed for a good workout. It’s a good hotel for when you’re looking for something safe and reliable. Location was also a plus because it had activities and restaurants around.

Charged more than shown on my receipt.

The hotel charged me twice and they said that the first time, they charged less than what they should. However, they charged 15+% more than shown on the receipt of hotels.com. The front desk lady was rude, talked over me and hung up. I also cannot find any email contact of hotels.com that I can make a complaint of. I think I will just dispute through my credit card. Either the hotel or the website is dishonest. The front desk is rude and hung up because I told her the hotel charge me more twice and more than what is shown on hotel.com’s receipt. Deceptive business. Expedia should not do business with this hotel
