Welcome to the Dignowity Dreamhouse located in the heart of San Antonio. Our house was built in 2019 and boasts a modern luxury farmhouse design. The open floorplan is ideal for entertaining and the location is central to all that San Antonio has to offer. Take a quick 5 minute drive to the Riverwalk, the Pearl, Southtown, the Alamodome, The Tower of Americas, SBC center and so much more.There is not one detail that has not been accounted for and we hope you will love our home as much as we do!

🌟15 min walk or 3 min drive to Alamodome/Convention Center/Downtown / 5 mins to the Pearl!


🌟All 3 smart tvs have HBOMAX included COMPLIMENTARY and access to all your other favorite streaming apps.

🌟Kitchen- Has stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and butcher block island. It is fully stocked with all new cookware and cutlery for any chef. There is also a wine fridge and coffee bar equipped with a brand new Keurig coffee maker.


🌟Living room- Brand new sleeper sectional and 55” smart tv with sound bar. There are also board games and kids toys stocked in the bay window cabinet.

🌟Master- The master bedroom has a brand new modern king sized bed with a new luxury Brooklyn mattress and 100% 1000 thread count sheets. The en-suite bathroom has a waterfall walk in shower and is stocked with shampoo conditioner and body wash. The bathroom also includes a makeup mirror and hair dryer. 45” Smart Tv

🌟Secondary bedroom- Brand new queen sized bed with new luxury Brooklyn mattress.


🌟3rd Bedroom- Brand new twin daybed with trundle. Also has a dedicated workspace with a sleek modern desk that has a built in usb connections and charging station. 50” Smart Tv

🌟 Guest bathroom has a double sinks and a full size tub. It is also stocked with a hairdryer and makeup mirror.

🌟The backyard has a 6ft privacy fence with a brand new smokeless fire pit and patio furniture.



🌟Our home has a Kinetico water softer installed which provides the purest clean soft water to keep you skin and hair silky smooth.

🌟The laundry room is equipped with a brand new washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.

🌟The front porch has a swing with views of the downtown skyline.

🌟There is parking for up to two cars in our driveway on the side of our house as well as free parking in the street at the front of our house.

Our home is pet friendly but there is a pet fee of $100 per stay. We also ask that you please kennel your pup when you are away. We even have a large kennel that you may use during your stay.

I stayed here with my two kids and my husband. When I booked this place I thought it would be a great fit for us and from the pictures looked clean and well maintained. When we checked in that was not the case and the house was not clean and it looked abandoned for months . Spider webs and dust were in every corner, fan blades, light fixtures, blinds and worst off all the HVAC air returns were so dirty that I ended up having to remove a thick layer of film of dust. This was pretty disappointing to walk in to. The owner must’ve been completely aware since they had an air filter posted at every other outlet it seemed which was very odd seeing as how the entire house was tile. My immediate thought was what kind of odor are they trying to hide if there wasn’t any carpet
When I addressed all these issues to the host on the same day she never responded so we had to circle back again the next day. However, the owner denied ever receiving any notice. After our first two nights when we resent all the pictures and showed her proof of the situation she apologized and her advice was to leave and she would reimburse us for our next night which was very disappointing and unsympathetic. My list could go on and I wish I could upload all my pictures for ppl to see what they are truely offering. In addition to the properties lack of cleanliness was the neglect with performing some of the minimum standards of home maintenance. ex showers & toilets.

Great home in “Developing” Area

Beautiful house with great interior and amenities. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy if you are not accustomed to urban living! We felt safe while in the house but not so much in the neighborhood. The interior is very well appointed and rooms flow with ease! Dee is great with communication!

Darling house - great property management

The house is precious on the inside and decorated darling. The beds were SO comfortable, and my husband really enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. The Property Manager was over the top customer service oriented. She responded within 5 minutes every time I reached out -- amazing and unheard of!

Great Home close to all San Antonio attractions

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. The owner was very helpful and the little extras in the house were a nice touch. While the location is great for getting to attractions and the home itself is really nice, the neighborhood has some run-down houses.
